They all discuss the Congressional hearing that went awry, Carol using Brad and Jo to solve her problem, Dana going to lunch with Ian and Poppy, and the painful, emotional Ian/Poppy fight. (Where they lament, once again, that Rob and Charlotte don't have Emmys for this show.)
