Carolyn Kiel is a Learning and Development Design Manager for Verizon, she is also the host and producer of the Beyond 6 Seconds Podcast. With a bachelor's in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology, Carolyn is a collaborative consultant who creates strong partnerships with her HR and business leaders by day and demonstrates a collaborative partnership in telling the stories of her guests by night.
