Lotte Svalgaard is an organizational psychologist who specializes in leadership development and coaching. She is a Senior Partner at the Management Consulting firm, Action Labs. She conducts training at INSEAD, The Business School for the World. I invited Lotte to join us to help us understand how "growing up" effects our actions as a grown woman.

In this episode, Lotte shares some insights into who she is personally and how she has developed as a grown woman. A peek into some of the things you will hear include:

"Leadership in our personal lives and professional lives are closely connected."

"If I wanted my own identity…I needed to move out of my small community."

"I needed to create something that is mine."

"I was ready to embrace some of the things I wanted to do for me."

"Turning 50 has been an existential shift for me."

"Life continues."

"Would I have the same chance to make the footprints that I am good at?"

"Is this something I am doing because I really want to do it?"

"What is important to me is passion and presence."
