Kearn has an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and pursued this field because she wanted to find the best way to care for people. Kearn is a gritty and tenacious serial entrepreneur who has also created and co-created multiple conferences such as the Success Women's Conference and the PowerUp summit attracting thousands of people and globally recognized keynotes such as Iyanla Vinzant. Kearn is currently authoring her first book, Trailblazers WHO Lead.
