Did you know that there is such a thing as good stress? Well, let us tell you that there is! That good stress is what kicks in when you are challenging yourself to learn or do something new. Learning to recognize the difference can help you be more at peace. How, you ask? If you understand what kind of stress you are feeling, you can self discover and calm yourself when you realize things will be fine. Eustress is when you decide to learn a new language, buy a house, take on a new position at work, or start a new job. When you learn to distinguish between the two, you will be protecting your peace.
