In this episode of the KoopCast we put the spotlight on CTS Athlete Kevin Mays. Like many athletes during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kevin had to pivot his goals and new ways to stay motivated and improve. Kevin worked with his coach, CTS coach AJW to capture a personal goal of setting a 'new to him' FKT on the Mammoth Cave trail.
