In this episode, we talk with Michael Koppy and his coach Stephanie Howe about his attempt and FKT on the Superior Hiking Trail. At the perfect age of 69, Michael decided to take on the 310-mile trail in a supported FKT style fashion and raise some money for the trail foundation along the way. We discuss what went into his training, how he handled sleep deprivation, and what he would do differently.
