EP 123: THE #1 INGREDIENT FOR SKIPPING CRASHOUTS & CREATING / MANIFESTING THE LIFE YOU CAN’T STOP THINKING ABOUT - UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
I'm back with another concept that the manifestation / spiritual world glosses over but fails to explain at the depths required to manifest the career, relationships, and success we all desire. Unconditional love sounds nice, but it's so much more than just saying "yeah, I love them unconditionally." When you get the right formula to install this into your creator field, it's pure magic for creating anything you want in life.
Embodying unconditional love will help you avoid so many crashouts, handle triggering people in your life in a matter of minutes, and keep your emotions balanced so you can avoid unnecessary reflections.
Tune in to start seeing the world how Source sees it, and learn why this is a non-negotiable inside your manifesting toolkit.

Hello everybody. Welcome back to the Alignment Show. We have a fresh episode for you today, fresh topic. And it's funny because when I'm coming up with the titles for all of these episodes, my brain just keeps going, like, oh, here's another puzzle piece to creating the life that you want, just to put it plain and simple. And I'm like, dang, I can't call every single episode that, but it makes sense why my brain keeps going there. Because, like we keep talking about, we are building this foundation of puzzle pieces for you to create the money and the career and the confidence and the relationships and whatever else you're working on creating in your life. We're building this foundation because, as I have said repeatedly, I was missing pieces along the way. And like, yes, I've got some cool stories of things that I created in my life that unfortunately I fumbled. And I do not want anybody to be fumbling their creations or their manifestations. So yeah, I'm gonna do my best to be creative with the titles, but every single concept is so important. And if you're here and you're listening every week, you're riding with me, then you know, right? If you know, you know, and I know, you know. But if you are new here, welcome, first of all. So freaking stoked to have you here in the podcast community. And also you're gonna wanna go back to around episode 100 and make sure that you haven't skipped any, and I would recommend listening to these in order. Okay, so they really truly do build on each other. This is like a free course, essentially, which is crazy because this stuff is just like so advanced, but we gotta just enjoy it together here on the podcast. And even though this stuff is so advanced here on the podcast, it's like barely scratching the surface of everything there is to know. So, anyways, don't worry about that right now. You have everything that you need in these episodes, and I want to go ahead and get into today's episode. So, obviously, we are talking about another piece and ingredient here for oh my gosh, really a lot of things. The first thing, when you embody what we are gonna talk about today, you are going to avoid and like totally skip so many crash outs. And I don't know about you, but I am in favor of that. Okay, I would rather not crash out about anything and everything multiple times a week, right? This is also going to be incredibly helpful with just like being unbothered in your life, okay? I know, I know you've got that person or maybe multiple people in your life that just trigger the frick out of you. And you're like, dude, I cannot handle them, but like I have to handle them because maybe you work with them, or maybe they're a family member, or a neighbor, like people that you just have to be around, and you're like, dude, I'm gonna lose it. Don't worry, today is absolutely going to untangle all of that. And of course, on top of those fun benefits of not crashing out and becoming unbothered, this is gonna play a massive, massive, magical role in your creator field. Okay, and creating the things that you can't stop thinking about. Those things we talked about earlier, right? The money, the relationship, the success. You know what I'm talking about. Okay, whatever you're trying to manifest, this is a non-negotiable to doing it. Okay? Great. So, really, this episode should be getting you like an overall, again, massive upgrade to your creator field. This concept today, let me give you a caveat. You're probably not gonna just click it in today. Okay, most of this stuff that we talk about, um, it takes a minute to integrate, right? And that's okay. And also, you're already moving the needle toward integrating it by being here and listening to this, which means you are speeding up your timelines to creating the things you desire. Okay, so today's gonna help you with all of that by getting balanced, avoiding reflections, skipping the crash outs. Okay, you're getting the vibes. I don't need to explain that anymore. Um, your life's just gonna get better, man. That's what we are about here. So let's get into it. Okay, let's start here with um, let's start with where people go wrong. Okay, so obviously, as you can tell by the title, today we're gonna be talking about unconditional love. And depending on your experience in the mindset, personal development, spiritual worlds, those might be buzzwords to you. You might be pretty familiar with them, or maybe you've heard it a few times, maybe you've never heard it. Wherever you're at on the spectrum, we are going to talk about this in ways that you've probably never heard before. And that's just like my favorite thing ever because raise your hand if you have ever felt personally victimized by the manifestation mindset, personal development, spiritual worlds. Okay, I just there are so many like gaps and just like missing information out there. And like it's really not their fault, the people who are teaching. I used to teach things with gaps because I I didn't know what I didn't know. However, I like to know everything that there is to know about everything, especially when it comes to this work. And so that's why this the podcast, I just it gets me so pumped, right? And everything I do, I'm just I get it. If you've been let down by those worlds, I'm like, please just give it one more shot. I promise you've landed in your home where there's source truth and high inf high frequency information. And if there's ever a question that I don't know off the top of my head, guess what? We have intuition to pull the right answer, right? From source. Okay, we can go straight to source, and you can do this too. Everybody is born with intuition, and it is your source-given right to use it and train it to a science. Okay, so kind of zooming back out here. We're talking about unconditional love today. Where people go wrong is thinking that it's not important. But what I mean by that is, you know, people can hear the concept and understand, like, okay, yeah, that's probably pretty important, but they don't understand it at the depths required for this to like fully click in, be embodied, and work in your favor, right? Because why? Because nobody's teaching how to embody it, right? Saying that you love someone unconditionally, it is not nearly enough to make its way into your creator field and get you balanced and like actually feeling unconditional love in your bones and your cells and your soul, because we can't fool the universe, right? We can't just sit around and say, like, I'm over it. When clearly we're not, right? Which will lead to a longer amount of time with an emotional imbalance, and then that leads to reflections, and then we know how uh bothersome reflections can be, right? We can't fool the universe. We can't just say, like, oh yeah, like I know what unconditional love is, like I live it every day. No, no, most people on the planet are not, myself included, okay? We it's tough. It's tough to be in unconditional love 100% of the time. Really, that's Source's job. We are extensions of Source. The goal is to get to that point, but please do not expect to accomplish that in the next 24 hours. Probably not even the next 24 years. Okay, just you gotta give yourself time with this stuff. Okay, well, you can do it in the next 24 years for sure, but probably not within the next like year. Okay, so we're gonna be just really getting into the nitty-gritty here because we want to embody this in a way that, again, it makes its way into your creator field. And don't worry, we're gonna go through examples of that. If you do not know what I am talking about with the creator field, you gotta check out episode 105. That is going to give you the full rundown on the creator field. But essentially, it is responsible for shaping and instructing all matter around you. And the creator field gets programmed by thoughts, beliefs, actions, emotions. Okay, that's what you need to know right now. So it's, you know, self-explanatory. It's creating everything. But listen, if you want to know how to manifest, you gotta make your creator field your bestie. And today is a really, really big piece of that. Okay, so some benefits that you can look forward to when you fully understand and embody unconditional love, you will hit the highest levels of happiness in your life, highest levels of fulfillment, highest potentials in your relationships and intimacy. And where do you think the most important place to apply unconditional love is? Who can guess? Where do we think? With ourselves. Yes, bingo. This just it's it's very difficult to do. It's not impossible, and we're not gonna start there, but the goal is to apply unconditional love to yourself because that's where the magic comes in for your creator field. Because think about this. If you, and don't worry, we're gonna get into like we're gonna get into the source definition of unconditional love as well as some other just like ways to describe it. We'll have examples, of course, but for right now, I want you to understand the magic of it going into your own creator field. If you unconditionally love yourself, what does everyone else do to you? They hate you. Wrong. They unconditionally love you too. Think about what that could do for your finances, for your career, definitely for your relationships. Even if you're just going out into the world and interacting with the Trader Joe's freaking cashier or, you know, the barista at your favorite coffee shop. Like, life just gets better, okay? So we're gonna start diving into the right formulas today and start getting you these benefits of unconditional love embodiment because they're just off the freaking charts, dude. Let me tell you, I am not an expert at this. Let me just make that real clear. Definitely have not mastered this. It's a work in progress. And also, let me tell you, I just got married last weekend. I'm recording this ahead of time by the time that you hear it, because I'll be on my honeymoon when this episode drops, and I don't want you guys to miss out on a single week of podcasts. But I got married literally four days ago, and when I tell you every single person, obviously guests, yes, they're there for us, but I'm talking vendors like my hair girl, my makeup girl, the hotel I stayed at, the people there, everybody at the venue, like even people who were like behind the scenes, they were so sweet to me, so perfect, like I it truly was like unconditional love. And I'm like, these people have no reason to be this nice to me, like doing all of these things, but my creator field was a match for it because again, work in progress, but because I do this unconditional love work on myself. I really work on loving myself, putting myself first, and that makes me a match for other people to do the same. And let me tell you, like wedding day, best day of my life for so many reasons, but that one is a huge reason. Like I genuinely felt so loved, so taken care of. I felt like a celebrity, but like not dark force. You know what I'm saying? Like it was, I'm just I'm I'm like speechless. Okay, so I have to throw that in there because it's just so relevant right now, like at this time in my life, of course, but also the topic. Life gets so good. And again, like I'm not even who knows where I'm at. I could intuit like the percentage right now. It's feeling like 21% unconditional love toward myself right now, which is not high. But if I can get treated that way at a 21%, imagine what, like how you can be treated, how people will just love on you and take care of you and do whatever for you at even higher percentages. All right. So if you don't want to practice unconditional love by the end of this, I've I've explained something wrong, like truly. Okay, so let's get into the source definition of unconditional love. Okay, and that is going to be full acceptance. Unconditional love is seeing all the positives in a person or a thing or a situation and seeing all of the negatives and still loving them. I know it's so much easier said than done, but today we'll be extremely helpful in walking through the process of getting there, okay? And you know, we'll just one pour it out once more for the creator field because unconditional love, it's truly one of the greatest keys to happiness. Because think about what happens when you have a lack of unconditional love, okay? That leads to emotional distress, right? It leads to emotional imbalances on a daily basis. And what do we know about emotional imbalances? What do emotional imbalances create? Mm-hmm. Reflections, right? Obstacles, challenges, blocks. By the way, one more podcast episode callback. If you are new here and you're like, what the heck are reflections? You're gonna want to go to episode 106. Are we seeing like how the whole show builds on itself? Um, but that will be incredibly helpful for you. But again, all you need to know right now is that reflections are obstacles, challenges, and blocks in our lives. And they are here to teach us things, okay? So, by the way, I know unconditional love, it might just sound like generic. Don't skip this episode just because it sounds generic, okay? If you want the highest levels of success, you want people to treat you well, like the best in the whole freaking world, it all comes down to this, okay? So, unconditional love. Here we go. It's knowing that every pro has a con, every con has a pro. Every positive thing has a negative thing, and every negative thing has a positive thing. So we're gonna see all of that, and we're still going to love that person, that thing, that situation. Unconditional love is not just seeing someone as purely positive, right? That would be like uh infatuation or like obsession, right? Um, you're not seeing any of the negatives. It's also not seeing someone as purely negative, not just seeing someone as a bad person, right? Because at that point you've swung the pendulum to the other side and you are not seeing any of the benefits, right? Any of the positives. And negatives are one of the most important things in a soul's growth and expanding our consciousness, right? So if you're like, oh God, like he's such a bad guy, like all bad, all negative, you're obviously imbalanced, right? Not in unconditional love, and you're missing the actual benefits that are coming from all of the negatives. Girls, I get it. Like, it's so hard in the moment. So again, if you're thinking of like your toxic ex or something right now, don't expect yourself to neutralize it in this moment. Okay. So let's go through an example here. This is so helpful because I don't know if you can relate. I'm sure, I'm sure you can on some level. Um, I was designed with this level of like perfectionism. If you ask me about my Enneagram, I'm mostly an Enneagram one, which is the perfectionist. And I also have a lot of Enneagram eight, which is the challenger. They are very counterintuitive. It's an interesting time up in my brain. But for those of you who are familiar with the Enneagram or just perfectionism in general, I know you're gonna get this. This would have been so helpful for us to know, but now we know. So the world will tell us, okay, you should achieve perfection, right? Because they just put everything on a pedestal and like, oh, perfect, perfect, perfect, right? However, what is the problem with being perfect? There's a lot of problems, but like if you could think of one, what do you think of? Well, if we actually achieved perfection, based on whose definition, I don't know, but just roll with me here. If we achieved perfection, that would actually isolate us from the world. We would have no friends, right? Nobody would want to be our friend. Because think of a person that you have met and you felt like, holy nuts, dude, like they have it all together, and like you want to be like them, but you also don't even end up pursuing, you know, being friends with them because you just know intuitively if you were around them 24-7, dude, you'd beat yourself up on so many levels, right? You would think that you're doing everything wrong. You would be comparing yourself again on so many levels. Why don't I have it figured out like they do? Okay, so now we're running those thoughts, those programs. Then what happens? Well, those are gonna start infiltrating the creator field, right? I'm just gonna be so for real with you. This will ruin you, okay? Comparison and beating yourself up and being hypercritical. Mmm, your girl has gotten so many of those reflections, one big one especially this year, and uh, it will ruin you, okay? And you don't, we don't need that. We don't need you to be ruined. So at this point, the creator field starts broadcasting those programs of I'm doing so much wrong, I feel terrible about myself, I'm really hard on myself, I'm beating myself up. And then the reflections will come in. Okay. Well, good news. This is completely false. Okay, there's no such thing as a perfectly positive person because that's what we're looking at when we see someone right now, okay, where our understanding of perfect is now before we get to the end of today's episode. When we see someone as perfect, we're like, oh, they have it all together, right? They're successful, they've got the money, the man, the career, the body, the confidence. Like, that's how we see them. So we're only seeing their positives, right? There's no such thing as a perfectly positive person. Okay? It is a source fact that everyone is already perfect. Not perfectly positive, okay? Perfect, perfectly balanced. And please remember, there is no point in even trying to attain like that perfection we just talked about because it does no good for anyone. Right? Like, if you're the perfect person, you're gonna have no friends. If you're the imperfect person trying to be the perfect person, you're just gonna feel horrible about yourself. You know what I mean? Like it doesn't help anybody. So if you are trying to be perfectly positive, have it all together. That is scientifically impossible. It's gonna push people out of your life, you're gonna be isolated because why? You're not just being yourself, man. Just be yourself. I know. Easier said than done, but guess what? When you have unconditional love for yourself, you love and accept all parts of yourself, you don't feel the need to act any differently than who you are, right? And that shit's powerful. Okay, so we're gonna get rid of this idea of perfect, this like limited human idea of perfect that we just discussed. Because you already are, okay? You already are perfect. You're an extension of source. Source did not screw up on you. You were perfectly designed and built, okay. Now, another fun thing that we're gonna talk about today is that there are soul contracts for almost every single interaction with people that change our lives. And this is gonna come into play when we're looking at like quote unquote the bad person or like the villain. Okay, we've got to understand that soul contracts are at play. And for a contract to happen, there's gotta be two opposite roles, right? And when we're talking about soul contracts, we're talking about something that goes down to teach the souls that are involved a lesson. Okay. Typically, there is a bad guy and a good guy. There's like a villain and a victim. Okay. And when you can zoom out and look at this, you're not going to label these people as bad and good anymore or villain victim. But we're going to use those terms today to help like get the brain on board with understanding this. Okay. So let's say I am living a life where I'm, well, I'm really not valuing myself and I'm not valuing the things in my life. So that's going to create an emotional imbalance. That's going to create a reflection where I'm going to end up in a situation to learn how to value myself and the things in my life. Well, in order for that to happen, for me to get this lesson of valuing things, I have to be made present to the value of the things in my life, right? I've got to be aware that I have valuable things. Because if I don't, if I'm not aware of them, why would I value them? Right. So the universe and my creator field and potentially Soul Contract are going to work together to get me to this idea, right? That I've got valuable things in my life. So now this reflection is gonna get created. It's gonna provide an obstacle that will teach me this lesson. Let's go through an example here. So I'm trying to think what would like really do it for me. I know. So I have a it's not a wallet that you like um fold. It's like a card holder kind of situation, but it's a YSL card holder, and it was a gift from Lexi one year for my birthday. So this has huge sentimental value to me. Like if I lost this thing, I would be like torn up for a very long time. Okay, like I just don't know if I'll ever stop using this card holder, to be so real with you. I just I love it. It's a it was a very nice gift, right? Like YSL is a nice brand. It's the only YSL thing I have. I think of her every time that I see it and I use it, which is almost every single day when I'm like leaving the house, right? And so this reflection is going to be designed in a way that will get my attention, especially when it comes to valuing things. So let's say I'm at, you know, girl dinner or whatever, and I'm like not paying attention, and I put the YSL wallet on the table, and I don't realize it. Like I'm not really paying attention because I'm like, I'm I'm talking, we've got like 74 beverages because we're girls. Maybe I get up and go to the bathroom, I come back. I don't even realize that the wallet's not there anymore. I sit there for 20 minutes, still not realizing, still not checking for it. Then the the bill comes, whatever. I'm like, okay, cool. I go to grab from my wallet, can't find it. Realize, okay, hmm, it's gone. Well, already we know that there was a complete lack of connection there, a lack of unconditional love, which, oh my gosh, this would never happen. I hate using this example, but it's good because I I got my emotions in here and I want to illustrate like something of very high value, okay? So at this point we realize, okay, there's a lack of unconditional love because if I did love it, I would have realized that I put it on the table at the very least. Honestly, I wouldn't even set it on the table. I keep it in my bag and I keep my bag close to me, but you you get it. Or just roll with me for this example, okay? If I valued it, then I would have realized, okay, I set it on the table, I got up, I walked away, I left it, it's gone. Now, what happens next, like with the wallet, depends on the level of lesson that I'm going through, which would have been chosen by my higher self and orchestrated there to raise my consciousness. So at this point, okay, it hits me, the wallet's gone. Holy nuts. There are really important things in there, right? It's also a very special gift from someone who is very important to me. And so now my brain goes to this space of this is so important to me, right? And if I fully get the lesson in that moment or within a reasonable amount of time, right, then the wallet, it will come back to me. It will get returned. Okay, there will be a nice person in the world who like finds it, brings it back to the restaurant, they call me, I get it. Like something will, it'll work out in that way. If I am not getting the lesson, there is a lower chance that the wallet will come back to me. Now, let me tell you something. When you're having reflections like this, let's say you lose the wallet, it comes back to you, and you're like, oh my thank goodness, like I'm so glad, whatever, whatever. You better stay ahead of it. You better make sure you got that lesson because that was a jump scare. Okay, that was a little preview of you might lose something of even more value and importance if you do not get the lesson now. Okay, I'm just saying, I'm just saying we don't need any more like sentimental things getting lost. And it's the law of previews is very real. Okay. So let's say I get the lesson, I get the wallet back. Thank goodness. I'm gonna start paying attention to other things in my life that are important because why? Now I value things in life better. I'm probably gonna start paying more attention to not only my wallet, but also my bag and my keys and my phone. Like, you know, the things that would be horrible to lose. Okay. So this example is a situation where it's got the potential to get me to value things at a greater level, and it's a huge conscious expansion moment. Okay, and in this example specifically, the more sentimental something is, the bigger the impact it's gonna have as a life change. And as you can tell by how I described this wallet and just the context with it, that is something that I never want to lose. I would it would definitely get my attention, okay? Now, let's go down the other fork in the road. Let's say the wallet was stolen, okay? It doesn't come back to me. Sad. I hate to even think about that, but we've got to go down this other fork in the road. If it was stolen, okay, there's a soul contract in place. And with soul contracts, like 99% of the time, it's gonna be between you and an older soul that you have known in at least one past life, probably multiple, honestly, and they signed up to play the villain. So when designing this soul contract, and we've talked about this in prior episodes, the soul and the higher self, they needed somebody to play this villain role. Okay. So it happens. Then on a human level, we get this idea that, oh, this person who stole it, right? They are a bad person. They're a negative person, like all bad, no good, like we hate them, whatever. And you know what? That's that's a totally valid human reaction, but it's not what's actually happening, okay? They really might not be a bad person. Maybe they haven't eaten in like four days. Maybe they've got kids, maybe they've got pets, their back is against the wall, maybe they're just stealing the wallet to survive. Yeah, it feels a little different, right? It does not make their actions right or wrong, but it gives context, right? And it gives reason to what they are doing. And that's just one example. You could come up with an infinite amount of examples. It's like on the freaking freeway, man, when people are driving crazy. It's like, what if their kid's in the hospital right now? What if their spouse just is in an ambulance on the way to the hospital right now? Like, you know what I mean? It's probably not always true, but it helps us navigate these triggering moments where it's like, man, I would hope if I was in that role that people would give me grace. Not saying I want to steal a wallet or like drive crazy on the freeway, but if I was in an emergency situation and I wanted to get to like my husband ASAP, I would hope that people would give me grace. But it's just, there's no time to like explain that. You can't tell somebody who's driving 70 miles an hour next to you what's going on, right? So this is gonna be a really important piece to unconditional love. Okay, just stick that in your back pocket. Okay. So in this stolen wallet example, at this point, I am playing the role of someone who loses something of value. Okay, now I'm a match to basically hit the go button on this contract, and the perfect villain is pulled in by my cooperative creator field and/or the soul contract. Okay, it can either be a soul contract or a creator field obligation, which would come from an emotional imbalance that's creating a reflection. Okay, so the thief, it might be someone I've known in a past life. Less likely in this example. With soul contracts, it's usually family members or friends that you're really close to. Um, because you're soul family. So you've known each other for a while, you've decided to come back down and do this lifetime together again. If it's more of like a stranger situation, that's gonna be more of like a creator field obligation um reflection situation. Okay, but either way, this perfect villain gets pulled in to give me this experience. Now, we kind of touched on this already, but labeling people as good and bad, it's it's just a lower conscious understanding of the bigger picture that source knows to be true, and it benefits us to understand this bigger picture. Okay, so after this event, we start valuing things like I'm gonna start valuing even bigger things in life. Why? Because I had this lost wallet experience, and I would not have learned that lesson without the perfect villain and the perfect situation. It had to be those factors, it had to be those exact details in every specific moment in the timeline. We like I could not have learned it any other way. And I would encourage you to look at your highest level, most triggering reflections, especially with other people, in this way, because this is what has helped me get to a place, a closer place, to unconditional love with certain things and certain people. Okay. I have had people who like I looked up to so much, like best friend, like sisterhood vibes, act totally out of character and like we're done. That's it. Like, never gonna talk to them again, probably. And like it sucks, dude. Like friend breakups, they suck, dude. Like so bad. And there's still times where I'm just like, that's wild. Like, what the heck is happening? But I will tell you, looking at the situation as okay, I was the perfect villain for them, they were the perfect villain for me. I guess our souls loved each other that much to create this freaking contract that we're gonna have to discuss when we get back to Spirit Land because I don't think it's gonna happen in this lifetime, but it's very, very helpful to zoom out and see this system for what it is, right? And that is I'm only gonna get the lesson with this exact person, villain, situation, details, etc. Okay, so that's a huge one that's gonna help you. And and remembering that everybody in our life has a role to play. Okay, there are always contracts for people who are gonna help us expand our consciousness, and that's gonna lead to a life change. It truly is a perfect system. We just gotta remember we're human, we have emotions, and like it's hard sometimes, and that's okay. That's okay. You don't have to get here immediately. Okay, remember unconditional love means accepting all of it, right? Someone's positives and their negatives. All of it has a positive and negative purpose, right? Negative purpose is to create change, like we've been talking about. Positive is to create rewards and incentives, right? It's like when we talk about reflections, we're usually talking about the things that trigger us, but technically everything is a reflection. So if something good happens, you're like, oh my gosh, I made money from doing my, you know, self-image ingredients. What gets rewarded gets repeated. So if you're like, oh, I did my self-image ingredients, I made more money this month, I got rewarded, I'm gonna go keep doing my self-image ingredients, and then you make more money, and then you keep doing the self-image ingredients. Do you see what I'm saying? Like everything has a purpose, positive and negative. Now, when we know someone as purely positive, that's our perception, right? We're actually only seeing half of them. And technically we're really only seeing a fourth of them, so like 25%, because think about it this way: everyone is 50-50, right? Like 50-50 split of pros and cons. So we've got a list of pros, we've got a list of cons. Let's just look at the list of pros, right? This is 50% of a person. Well, looking at that list, we know that every pro actually has a con. Okay, so that list gets broken into two. So then it's 25 and 25. Okay. So if we're only looking at the pros of the pros and not the cons of the pros, or the other half. That's all 75% together. I hope I'm not confusing you. We're only seeing a quarter of someone. Okay, and we don't even want to keep the perfect person around because why? Again, they put us in lack, they put us in limitation. It's the comparison, it's the beating ourselves up. It's like, why am I not further along by now? You know those thoughts. I I know that somebody's popping in your head right now, where you're like, ooh, yeah, I always compare myself to them. Okay, well, that prevents us from experiencing the world because when we are trying to avoid the pain, we're just trying to be like, okay, I'm I'm good. It's okay, I'll be alright. Well, pain is where growth comes from most of the time, right? And when we manipulate our world to avoid pain, we're doing ourselves a huge disservice. And I'll just tell you this straight up. Even if you think you can avoid the pain, you're good, you can grow just through positive ways, and it's okay, you can get ahead of reflections and whatever, they're gonna find you anyway. Sorry to tell you. Like the pain, it's it's gonna find you anyway, not to scare you. It doesn't have to be horrible. Here's the difference though. Version A of you, who does not know this unconditional love concept of balancing things out, gets hit with the pain and it sucks. You crash out, you have a hard time for three months, and eventually you get a lesson. Okay, then there's version B of you who knows this unconditional love stuff. Same exact pain can hit you, but you handle it way better. You move through it in like 37 minutes and you're good to go. It's the same pain externally, but it's a totally different internal world, and that's the point of doing this work. Because life is gonna happen, things are gonna be hard sometimes. Yes, you can control everything with your creator field, and also we're gonna have reflections. We just are. If you don't have reflections, you're not growing. And if you're not growing, then I guess you're dying. Not even, I guess. Your literal cells are decaying if you're not growing. Okay, but let's even say, let's take it a step further. Let's say you achieve everything that you were designed to achieve in this life at whatever age you are now. Okay, so you're done having reflections, you've already achieved and fulfilled everything. Guess what's gonna happen? Your soul, it's bored, it's gonna cross over. Do you want that right now? Probably not. Okay, so the point of this is not to avoid reflections and avoid pain and beat the system forever. It's that's not the point. You came here in a human body for a reason. It's to have this experience. Okay. The point is to change your internal world so that you are unshakable. Okay? That you so that you are unbothered, that a situation, any situation, can happen to you, but you know you can handle it because you've got the tools inside. Okay? So that is an aside that was straight up channeled, but we loved it. So it's gonna find you anyways. You might as well get with the program, you might as well adjust your internal world. Now, the people that we love most in life. Okay, these are gonna be the ones who we spend the most time with. We probably live with them, especially if it's a partner, and that means we are the most aware of their greatest moments and how they make our lives better. But we also know their skeletons, their fears. We know when they have been a villain. So we know how human they are, and we see that as what do we see it as? Perfect. Because unconditional love means seeing someone as perfectly balanced, right? You know all the positives, you know all their negatives, and you love them anyway. I'm not gonna lie to you, that shit feels good, right? Unconditional love is so good. So I want to talk about this a little bit more on a science level. So let's say that there's a potential partner, you're considering dating. And people often start by seeing like 10 amazing positive attributes, right? You're like, okay, this person's like really selling themselves. Well, on a scientific level, with this love balance and all of these attributes and unconditional love that we're talking about, you've gotta know that if they have 10 positive attributes, 10 positive marbles, you've gotta know that they also have 10 negative attribute marbles, right? Most people just see the 10 amazing things, they jump in based on that. Then they get six months in and they're like, whoa, I'm seeing some things. I am seeing some potentially red flags, maybe some yellow flags, the true colors, right? They start seeing the negatives. And typically, this doesn't really work out well because people don't understand reflections and the law of balance and unconditional love, like we're talking about. But you are gonna know. Even if you're already in a relationship, you can you can use this to start neutralizing um, you know, any imbalances you might be having. But if you're in the dating world, you can really get ahead of it by like assessing people when you first meet them. And, you know, you're intuitive, so you're gonna feel their vibes and you know all the stuff, so you'll be able to neutralize it and avoid a lot of problems. But again, if your goal is unconditional love, which it should be, right? If you want everything that you want in life, if you want to have it all, we've got to get to this point. The more we know about a person, the more love we can grow for them. Because, yes, we're seeing it all, and we're seeing it all at a very deep level, right? We're seeing their depths. So if you think about every person that you have really high levels of love for, you can go right now, sit down, write down all their positives and negatives, and I promise you they're gonna balance out. If you have like 74 positives and like 49 negatives, you're just not seeing the remaining whatever that would be, negatives. Okay. And it's not your job to do that anyway, but if you really want to like experiment with this, I challenge you to try it because I've done this so many times and it's wild how it balances out. Okay. So the more we know, the closer we pull them to us because they are perfect. And what happens when we're doing this, when we're seeing both sides, we're seeing them as perfect, we're pulling them closer, we're loving them, right? What happens? We end up feeling better about ourselves, right? Because, like when I look at my husband and I'm like, that's so fun to say my husband now. When I look at my husband and I'm like, dude, you're you're human, you know, you're human. And I love like I love supporting him because we are both like we we can all just be so hypercritical, and it's so lovely to have your person just be like, it's okay. Like, you're human, you know what I mean? Like it just, it's so good. But when we Have someone in front of us who we love so much, and they're they're just fully human. Like maybe they make mistakes, maybe they wish they would have done things differently, or whatever. We just feel so close to them, and it makes us feel better about ourselves. You know, it gives us permission to do the same. And it's just so good. Now, you might be wondering okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, everybody's got their negatives, but like, why would they ever do anything bad? Like, shouldn't you always choose to do good? Well, yes, please do that. And also remember, what did we talk about with soul contracts? They will force us into that villain role sometimes, or the thief role, or the role of the oppressor. Uh- you have been the perfect villain at least 10 times in your life, and so have I. Okay, parents, they are frequently the villains in kids' lives. I will tell you right now, pretty much like almost every single friend that I have has a major issue with one parent. And it's wild. Like, it is wild. And I I just intuitively, it feels like our generation has that more so than like previous generations, which makes sense with like the like sources' agenda for raising the frequency of the planet. Like, we don't have time to be like slowly healing anymore. Souls are like, Bet, give me some mommy or daddy issues, and we will we will take care of it. Like, there are so many light beings here who signed up for that, and it's definitely tough as a human. Um, and also you've got to realize like what's actually happening. It's it's a soul contract situation for conscious expansion and just tons and tons of benefits that we don't see as a human, but we've got to zoom out to see those. Okay. So when you are the villain, do you do it on purpose? Probably not, right? You probably didn't want to be a villain to whoever you've been a villain to, right? But underneath, you had a motivation for why you did it. You had a good reason in your mind for why you did it. Does a criminal ever think that they're bad? No, right? If you get down to how they think, they have a reason why they do quote unquote bad things on the outside. But most people aren't gonna bring up context for villains, aka people don't think about why they might be taking a specific action as a villain. People don't think about that, right? They just run away from it. Like when you see someone who's like really angry and you just label them as like they need to relax or they're out of control or they're crazy or they're just a bad person. Everyone has a reason for doing what they do. Okay, we just don't go far enough to understand it. Doesn't mean that we have to agree with the reason, but it like we've just got to see that they did it based on some kind of motivation or higher purpose in their own mind. And trust me, I understand how hard this is to accept and put into practice. Again, it's not gonna happen overnight. The shit's hard, especially when you're triggered. So give yourself time. There's so many processes that like to know with like emotional regulation and mastery and communication skills. And don't even worry about that, okay? Just let yourself be human and then don't worry. We're gonna talk about this toward the end here, shortly. Um, we're gonna talk about how to start applying unconditional love. Okay, remember that this is a high-frequency way of looking at things the way that source does, and it takes us a long time to get there. Okay, this episode is designed to just start opening you up to unconditional love and how it works and how we can all start getting there. Okay, we're not to the formula yet, but shortly. So we want people who reflect us. That's why we call in people, we pull in people who we have a balanced perception of. Because we don't want people on a pedestal in our lives, because again, it makes us feel worse. If they're on a pedestal, we're like, oh my god, I have to perform for them, I have to rise to the occasion, I'm not good enough, blah, blah, blah. So we don't want those pedestal people, right? The more we know, that brings us closer to the highest levels of love. And again, unconditional love is knowing that someone is perfect the way they are. And if they're doing any perceived negative things, they are doing that in contract with other souls and creator fields. Okay, if think about this. If there's no one to play the negative sides and the perfect villain roles, no one would grow or understand things. Like this world would be so boring. I don't know if you ever watched, am I getting the right visual for this? I don't remember. If you've ever watched the movie Coraline, that movie is so weird. There's just like nothing outside her house. She just like goes for a walk and then the house just like comes back because the world is like so small. I can't remember if it's monochromatic. I'm just picturing a world where everybody looks and acts the same, and that's just like so not the vibe. Right? So we've got to have these villains, so to speak. Okay. How to know if you're getting closer to unconditional love? Well, if you can meet someone and you learn their 10 positive qualities, and then you hear their 10 negatives, delivered appropriately, of course, not in like a weird, I don't know, toxic way, but you can learn of 10 and 10, and you still walk away going, I love them, or at least you're seeing them as balanced. This more balanced point of view perspective leads to higher levels of love. And it's obviously very tricky to embrace both, but here's an example, okay? Let's say we meet someone who has accumulated like a lot of wealth, a lot of security. So that's a positive, right? Like, whoa, they really got it, got it going, you know? They've got things that we probably want because a lot of us want wealth, right? And security for sure. Well, they might cause me to feel like I'm inadequate or like I'm not achieving enough. Mm-hmm. Okay, well, that's not fun. Well, what about a negative for them? They might be super untrusting of people. So then they're not gonna trust me. Okay, but the positive for me is that it's gonna cause me to do things that prove myself to them more, that make them love me more because I went above and beyond. Do you see like the full circle there? We saw a positive for them. Okay, they have wealth and security. We saw a negative though, might cause me to feel like I'm inadequate or not achieving enough. Then, negative for them, they're untrusting of people, so they don't trust me. Positive for me, it's gonna cause me to do things to prove myself. I'm gonna go above and beyond, right? And you can play this game with any situation. It's kind of a brain buster situation, but the more you practice this, the better you're gonna get, just like anything else. So I want you to start small. Okay, we're just gonna go about our lives with these criteria. Okay. Knowing that everything a person does is based on a soul contract or a creator field obligation. And underneath of those, underneath those, let me get my English correct here. Underneath those, it means they have their reasons. We do not have to understand the reasons, we do not have to agree, we do not have to condone, but we've got to know that, and if you've ever taken an NLP certification, a neurolinguistic programming certification, you will already know this one. We've got to know that they are doing the best that they can with the resources they have at that time. So if you can take this criteria, these filters, walk around, apply these to every person that you meet, you're gonna be so much closer to unconditional love. Okay, unconditional love is what source has for us. And look, I encourage you to not take my word for it. I encourage you to develop your own intuition, train it, talk to Source. Anybody can do this. You're born with this ability. Okay, it's anybody can do this, it's a matter of training it. And it's the best thing you will ever do for yourself. So we have intuition training coming at some point before the end of the year. So I'll put the wait list below. But ask Source, do you unconditionally love me? You're gonna get a big ol' yes. Because when Source looks at any person or any situation, Source knows that it's a contract agreement that both parties signed up for because they have this crazy amount of love for each other on a spirit level, on a soul level, and they organized this contract for both of their growth. Source also knows this balance of positive and negative attributes in each person. Source knows we have our reasons for doing things, and those reasons are going to be based on what we know, what we were taught, what we're thinking, right? Our internal processes, and that everything we do in our mind is the right thing. And Source, knowing all of this and so kindly sharing it with us by design, that's how Source can look at us and unconditionally love us. That's how Source can love the murderer as much as Source loves the priest. Okay? That is how Source loves everyone. Now, one more caveat here. You might be wondering, okay, well, if everyone knows this, if we get to a point where everyone knows about this unconditional love stuff and like balancing it out and it's okay to be a villain, aren't they gonna do more bad things because they know they can get away with it? AK, like everyone would perceive them as balanced and that would excuse their behavior question mark. The answer is no. And here's why. Because the higher consciousness goes, it actually becomes impossible to make quote-unquote bad decisions. When you lock in to a high frequency, it makes it impossible to do low frequency things like committing crimes, okay? So the world, if everybody got on board with this, the world actually would not turn into chaos. It would be more of a self-governing vibe, really like a utopia. People would be more likely to be friends with everyone, or at least more accepting, okay? It would just be that this is one of the ways we get to heaven on earth. Okay. The exception here, just a tiny one. Well, I won't call it tiny, but it's an exception. Uh, is Dark Forces. Because they are taking a different path and they are choosing to do low frequency things, and that is a concept for another day. We'll do a podcast episode at some point. Um, but if you want an intro to Dark Forces, I'll put the link below. Check out the free webinar replay library. There is a webinar in there for you that we did on Dark Forces. Okay. So moving on. Final takeaways here. So unconditional love is accepting the whole of a person, getting to know more and more information, positive and negative, right? And applying the filters that we talked about. Okay, so knowing it's either a soul contract or a creator-field obligation, that they've got good reasons for being a villain, and that they're doing the best they can at that time with the resources they have. And let me tell you, it is way easier to achieve unconditional love by applying it to other people. And already that's difficult, I know. It's even more difficult to apply this to ourselves, but it is achievable. Okay, this is exactly what I work on with clients, work on with myself every single day, because again, it's magic for the creator field and anything else that you want to shift and remove your blocks and create, it's it starts here. It really, really does. So for this week, first steps to unconditional love. Get your brain out of the way. All right. If you're viewing people as negative or positive, we're not applying unconditional love. Okay, if I find their five positives and I know that they've got to have five negatives and I can see both, then I'm getting to unconditional love, right? Add in the filters that we've talked about. And remember that the goal is to just get a little bit better at this every day. And when you start working on this, this unconditional love toward yourself, it is truly magic for the creator field. Because there are no emotional imbalances, which means no reflections, which means no blocks. Now, again, I know earlier I said we're gonna have reflections. Yeah, you will, because every time you reach a new level in life, well, you will have already graduated from reflections. But when you are preparing to reach the next level, you're gonna have reflections because there's gonna be things that can't come with you. But it's gonna be a hell of a lot easier if you have unconditional love toward yourself installed in your creator field. Okay? How we treat ourselves is how we are treated by other people. This is a law all of the time. It is the law of emotional balance. There is a previous podcast episode on this. Really putting all this stuff together is going to change so much for you. Okay. So even if you want to start with like your pets or animals with this, start there, and then you can push it further and further to, you know, a stranger, and then like maybe a character on a show, and then maybe someone you interact with that it wasn't the most fun experience, and then you can push it further and further to more triggering people in your life. Okay, so this is gonna clear up those obstacles, the things that your creator field might be pulling in that you don't like. If you want to be unconditionally loved in your relationships, this is how you start. It's the same thing in career. If you want people to see you as doing no wrong and love you unconditionally in all eight areas of life, it is so possible for you. Okay, if you it it is literally a scientific fact that if you dial in your creator field, get this unconditional love installed, the world has no choice but to reflect it back to you. And then what happens? Everything becomes amazing. Okay, it might take years, but every day that you do this, you're gonna see positive benefits. You're gonna see the world is more perfect, less triggering. You're gonna clear up low frequency things on the planet right now. And then the more people who learn this, they're gonna be pulled toward higher frequency things and ways of operation. It's gonna help the planet. So if you had a, if you experienced a major reaction to this today, if you went to a fear-based place, it's all good. Give yourself time with this, as always. I mean, you're getting new high-frequency information here every single week. You are absolutely not gonna master it overnight. That's okay. Just give yourself some grace. All right. So I wish the world taught us this earlier, but you know what? We're here now, we're doing our best. You might even pass this on to your kids if you have them already, or future kids, or just humans that you interact with. Everyone, they'll be so ahead of the game now. And the last thing to note here is that this works a hundred percent of the time. Okay. So if you feel like it doesn't, there's three options. Three potential potential reasons. One, I didn't explain it fully. And that's on me, and you can reach out, and I got you, okay? Two, you might need more information. Okay. Three, you might need more time. And it's usually that one because this stuff is crazy. It'll make your head spin. But if you give yourself like three to four days of letting it really integrate, re-listening to this episode multiple times, that will help with the process. Okay. So please promise me that you won't quit just because you think it doesn't work. It works. Okay, you might just be missing a piece from the list. So see what you can do with this understanding. This isn't all of it, but we got some major pieces today. You have everything you need for right now. And if you are feeling stuck, there are ways that we can go advanced. We can get you where you want to go quicker without having to wait for the next podcast episode or the next webinar. Like, you deserve to have the most magical life. You you deserve to have the life that you can't stop thinking about. And you also deserve to have fun with it too. Like, oh my god, this does not have to be so serious. You know what I mean? So I'll have some links below with more information on all of that. But again, the free webinar replay library will be below for you. If you want to check out the Dark Forces webinar, we've got some other stuff in there too. Um, wait list for the intuitive advantage, which is intuition training, that will be below because that is coming soon-ish. We'll see. I gotta go into it when, but definitely within the next by the end of the year. And then if you found this information helpful, please, it would be so helpful for me to know that. And the way that you can let me know that is by leaving a five-star rating and review. If you feel called to share, that would be awesome. If you know somebody else that would find this helpful, if you want to feel more understood in your life, it's a matter of sharing these podcast episodes. Okay, so text it to a friend. You don't even have to say anything. You can just do the no context text. Just send them a podcast episode, and then you guys can talk about it after. And that really, really helps, you know, improve the frequency of the planet and also just bring everyone up, you know? So this one was a doozy, but I know you can handle it, or else we wouldn't be here talking about it. And I'm proud of you for just being here, being open minded, making it to the end of another episode, and I just really appreciate you being here with me. So that is all for this week, and I will catch you in the next episode.
