Day 12 | 10 minute workout - Don't Sleep On These Exercises

Today we're gonna be working upper body day. Well, so if you haven't seen the previous ones, you know what you need to do go back and start this journey. We have a bodyweight fitness portion of it. We have a dumbbell fitness portion of it, a kettlebell fitness portion of it, and a drumroll barbell. We've covered it all. So hopefully you guys are enjoying this.

I want you guys to get shredded. We're trying to build lean muscle. All right, because I have never seen fat muscle. So we're trying to build that lean muscle, shred that fat and Burn, baby burn. We're gonna be doing upper body workout today. So it's gonna be working your chest, working your back and your arm, biceps, triceps and shoulders. All right, so hopefully you guys can stay with me through this whole thing. I want you guys to do the workout. But not only that, I want you to share this and have somebody do it with you. All right, so have them join you on this journey also. Alright, 10 minutes counting down two minutes of repetitions. Meaning we're gonna be doing one, then two, then three. And then four. You got the point right? We're gonna start off with a renegade row. Renegade Row is just gonna be doing a one one a push up a floor press bicep curl up opposed out all right here we go. This five exercises there's a lot of a lot of ads involved, just moving around like that Before Number Six Oh? Right Hope you guys enjoy day 12 of this fitness challenge 10 minute workout at home. Today we worked like I said, the chassis worked out your back, we worked out your biceps, your triceps, we worked out your shoulders. And my goodness will tell you till we work your core as well as getting down up spinning around, working all the angles. So these are definitely great hit high intensity interval training workouts to great cumulative workout.
