Walking has had a significant impact on my life in the past year. It is not to be taken lightly; rather, it has been beneficial to me mentally and in terms of what I can do for others. I am thankful for the changes that have come as a result of walking. Therefore, I encourage you to take up walking, regardless of how long or short your walks may be.
