Speaker 1:

My mission at the beginning was to bring the power back into the local florist hands. Right. And to elevate that and to elevate the experience, but really just to emphasize that local flower shop and do all that we can to support them.[inaudible]

Speaker 2:

Laurie, here we are in 2021. And it's our start of our second year of our podcast. That's crazy. Honestly, I cannot believe I'm just sitting here thinking, because before you started, you said get into the mindset. We are now in year two. Yes. And I'm like, dang, we did this a whole year. Think about when we started, we were like, well, I know my aunt will listen and maybe your sister will listen. And we were like, you know what, if 20 people listen, that's great. It's crazy. It's crazy. It is crazy. We have faithful followers. We have clickers, we do clickers. We've got merchandise that actually says clicker on it. We've got our cups and stuff. Like, we're a thing we're real. I know. And we've done this real thing for a year now, so that's a pretty exciting milestone. Yeah. Yeah, it is. So we have our podcast for a year. We've also been doing something else for a whole year. We have, yeah, I think about that with flower click. It's our first anniversary as well. It's so interesting, Lori, because it was a vision as a former shop owner, an educator, someone who listens to shop owners and employees, I really had this vision of what we could do to really make a difference in a flower shop. And it was kind of this whole ecosystem where, what you have in your store, you have on the website and you have what you sell and sell what you have. But not only that, to be able to take those designs and be able to get those flowers into your shop on a regular basis and have the containers, everything sources. Right. Right. Right. I think when I was looking through the notes and I was actually talking with Ellie earlier about this, you did have this vision, but I think of it as like you deep down for a long time, had a calling to build a rocket ship. You didn't know how exactly you knew what you wanted the rocket ship to. Do. You just know all of the intricacies that were going to go into building it. So the fun thing about flower clinic is we brought in today, the people that helped build your rocket ship. Yes. Now kind of all of ours. And that's what we're going to talk about. And Ellie, I was telling her, she goes, Oh my gosh, I just listened to a podcast about astronauts as weeks. We're like, Oh my gosh, okay, we're going to talk about this. We have Ella fever. Hello, Cammie, Martin.

Speaker 1:

Good morning. And we are going to chat about where we are now. Like, is this what we thought? Like when we signed on to build our flower click rocket ship, right?

Speaker 2:

There you go. Exactly. You know, you think about it. We kind of started at with this core four, which is who is on the podcast right now.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. And going back to the rocket ship thing for a second, Lori, cause I think that's great. Literally at 9:00 PM last night, I was listening to a podcast with Scott Kelly who has spent the longest time in orbit. Yeah. I think that's right. And one thing that really stuck out to me that relates to us is that, you know, once you are on the rocket ship, there's no off button. You can't just say, Oh Nope, we're going to change my mind. Once you press one button, like you're going up. And I kind of feel like that's us. Like there was no turning back. Right. We all knew in our hearts, like this is what we wanted to build and this is where we wanted to go. And so that's what we're doing. And one year in, and I think there's a lot of highlights that we should talk about. And Lori, you mentioned the people that trusted our rocket ship and jumped on early on. Yeah. They were in for the ride and trusted us. That's what just blows our mind too. Yeah. It's crazy. The astronauts that climbed aboard, I know they're like, Hey, you know, we'll do it. And they didn't even ask. They just trusted that the ship was going to be complete and they jumped on board. And so anyway enough about astronauts, I just thought it was really cool. When you start thinking about the whole concept on now, this was Vonda's vision and how Ellie, why something about I listened to a podcast by astronauts when I'm thinking about astronaut.

Speaker 2:

So that's kind of how things are with us. There's kind of this. I like to call it a divine intervention. It's like what pulls us all together? Because when you really think about it, we are a group of women, not just us four, but all of us women really have a common goal in mind. You know, it's such an amazing team. And our goal is to help others in business in this case, in business, in the floral business and what we can do to make it better. It really is personal, I think for each and every one of us. So let's go on and talk about what are the highlights from last year?

Speaker 1:

Well, I think for me, one of the highlights is I guess when I came into flower click, I didn't have low expectations, but I had always heard when you start a business, give yourself five years, doesn't pay it for herself until it's this and you're reinvesting. And so in my head, I thought, okay, there's going to be a lot of hard work, but it, and it's going to take years, but we can do this slow growth that's okay. But it wasn't, I mean, yes, we're still growing, but I I'm just amazed and humbled, I think is the word that so many, the flower shops reached out to us saying, Hey, where'd you go? What are you doing? What's what's far click and jumped on board to come along with us. And so that has been when I look back, wow, we, we are just so incredibly blessed, absolutely

Speaker 2:

Echo that for sure. You know, we look at that and say, it was an unbelievable year to start a new business. We thought in January that in March, wow. Things just shut down. Flower shops were shut down and you know, I hate to dwell on a negative and I'm not going to dwell, but it was a big part of 2020. And it did impact flower shops across the world. Yeah. We still were able to build and I think so help shops through that time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Kimmy. I remember so vividly you are on vacation really when the whole COVID thing was

Speaker 2:

On everywhere, everywhere you turn on the TV and the radio, everything,

Speaker 1:

And you, you were in Branson with your family on your kids' spring break and you don't

Speaker 2:

Get on your computer and you try to be famous, but

Speaker 1:

Never forget the conversation. You called me after one of our meetings, like our staff meetings. And you said, should I be worried? Like, is this a real thing? And I remember from that point on for like a whole month, we would have conversations about this. Doesn't look good for us. We're a new business because of what we've always heard, starting a new business and especially something like this hits and it's done the opposite for us.

Speaker 3:

It's amazing to me. And when we look at the success of flower click, every time I tried to think of what our successes were this year, it always brought me back to the florists we support and their success. Right. What's amazing to me is all of us had that fear in March and April of what, what does this mean for my small business?

Speaker 2:

And it's

Speaker 3:

Phenomenal that communities have come together. I think to support their local businesses, their local florist, they have a heightened awareness that they want to support their local businesses. And it's really been great for the florists we support. And as I kept thinking about it, though, the flower click florists, how it's really helped them is I think all forests are up. All Flores have seen an increase in order, but some of their websites aren't working for them. They're not profitable. They're just spinning their wheels, making designs, making designs that are florist. The average order value is much higher. So when we see them up 200% over last year, I talked to a guy just this week who is up four times over last year, four times over last year. And you know, what's funny is, as I was talking to him a lot of times when I talked to a florist, I pull up their numbers just to kind of do a check, just to make sure things are good. And when I told him, Hey, did you know that your, your sales are up four times over last year at your web sales? He said, no. He said, actually I knew things were up, but we're so busy. He didn't have time to check. We didn't have time to measure and to do that. Paul, you know, polls of the business and see, and he's like, I knew we were busy, but I didn't know it was that good. And I'm like, it is. And so I just feel like, I don't know, our Flores number one are making money though on all those extra orders. That's, what's a success is they're actually going to reap the rewards when it comes to the revenue. Yeah. So not only are we seeing orders up as far as flower arrangements and designs from the website, but we're also seeing giftware and ad-ons selling like crazy. Yeah. One add on that. We added this year at a member. One member mentioned it to me. I did it for him. And next thing you know, it was, it was great. It was the tip add on. Um, so we had it, the tip for driver, the tip for designer or the tip for both and a lot of florists in our clinic followed suit and we added it to their website and I have gotten so much feedback. They can't believe how many tips have been added on website orders. Um, the ad-ons that gift where again, that w that drive to support local business and, you know, it's, it's been phenomenal. So I consider that a win. Um, I also want to mention the subscriptions and I think it was Ellie's bringing at the beginning of when we first started at flower click others follow suit, not just flower click shops, but, um, the flower subscriptions has been, I think, a huge win. Um, I have shops telling me they love the standing orders each month that they're getting, and then taking$300 payment or$700 payment for the States. And so, um, when I look back at some of the things that we kind of went out on a limb and did the, like I said, the tip, the subscription, I'm just seeing some of those things we've wanted. We've wanted success to happen. It's it's happening. And so that's exciting for me again, for the florist, circling back to us.

Speaker 2:

So let me circle back around a minute, Cammie too, when you were talking about giftware and adding gifts to the website, you and the web team are amazing at getting that done for people. I mean, they kind of give you what needs to be done and you guys make happen, which

Speaker 3:

Boy as a former shop owner, I can just tell you, it's like one of those things that I would go, gosh, I wish I could get that on my website. And it never happens, but you guys, they say that to you and you're like, Oh yeah, sure. Let's, let's just make that happen. That's pretty cool. We have them send us the photos, the price, the name, you know, it's pretty simple. We can get it up there. Some shops, if they literally, if they do not have time to take a picture of each product, I say, just send me a picture of your display. At least at the very least let's get that up. So people know you have giftware. You know, I've done that in some cases, but in a lot, we've been adding it. So that's great.

Speaker 1:

I want to interrupt because this is my tip to people listening that maybe are not flower click members and don't have that on their website. This is my testimony. I was looking on flower, shop websites in from my hometown for a Christmas gift that could be delivered to my father and my sister. I was so frustrated because again, I wasn't from a smaller town, but not super tiny. None of the flower shops had anything about giftware on their stuff. I even went to their Facebook page thinking, okay, well, our members usually post stuff on there, nothing, nothing. And I'm thinking I was wanting to spend around$150, get a cute basket or something. I wasn't even going to be picky. I just needed it delivered. Nobody had it, just do something,

Speaker 3:

You know, what they could do too. There've been two different shops I've worked with that did a designer's choice, gift basket. It was so easy. We just threw together a product banner of like a sack with their label on it. Um, or they've been putting together a little gift baskets, um, designer's choice gift basket for like this occasion or this select the occasion. So they can just basically pick things off their shelves and create a gift. The reason it's been successful is florists have got the delivery down, right. And they've done that for years. That's what people are wanting right now, local have it delivered to their door.

Speaker 1:

But I'm saying even for Valentine's day coming up, they need to have stuff on there. Like I want to send my dad something for Valentine's day, you know, have some stuff up there you're they're missing out,

Speaker 3:

I think. Right. And you don't have to have your entire shop up there. Just, just a few things

Speaker 1:

Just enough to entice me to want to call them that's all. And just to kind of piggyback on what Cammie is saying about with banners with all of that is my mission at the beginning was to bring the power back into the local florist hands, right. And to elevate that and to elevate the experience, but really just to emphasize that local flower shop and do all that we can to support them. And so with all of those things that came in was mentioning, those are all the things that kind of set them apart from others, but also boosts them to make them look that much more local instead of like an out of the box. Here's your web host, here's your site? So within that is, you know, all of the personalized banners that we do emphasizing that local touch. We do like some cool moving graphics once you get their attention. And really just to put the power back into the local florist hands. So that's a big win for me, I think, is to be able to see that GoLive and happen. And I'm really proud of our members for taking advantage of our white glove service. You know, we say it's a white glove service. And obviously there are things that we do automatically for them every month and ongoing, but most of them reach out to us and say, Hey, I need this, I need this, I need this. I need this banner. I want these gift ware. So it's a dance between them and us to make it happen, but we need a little inspiration from them to give them their specific

Speaker 3:

Touch. If that makes sense. It does make sense.

Speaker 1:

I feel like, um, we've joked before about, you know, we're kind of that silent partner for each member, but we're not silent. Like we are very collaborative with each other. Like, they're fine with it. You know, they don't go to you and say, this is exactly how it should be done. They're like, Hey, Cammie, I think I want this. What do you think?

Speaker 3:

I love that it actually reminds me of right now, three of us on this podcast are trying to have our bathrooms redone. Right? It's funny how I have a vision of what I want. I kind of know what I want to publish, but I don't know how to get there. And we need this. Contractor's help to oversee it and kind of walk me through step-by-step and it's reminding me, because I think that's how the floors feel. They know what they want to accomplish. They know, you know, they want to put that local foot forward. They don't want to look like an order gatherer. They want people to know, yeah, this is, this is that shop. I drive by every day. Right. They want to do that, but they don't know how to accomplish that. And we help them. We guide them. What about this? Or here's what another shop did. And okay.

Speaker 1:

And to also build on that is we are that contractor, but we have all those little different services. So if you need a graphic, if you need a one page sheet sent out to all your nursing homes, letting them know that you deliver or do this service, or if you need a banner or if you need any graphics as me, but then within that is Audrey and Denise and Leslie and Laurie and Cammie. And so we all have those little specialties depending on what our members need is. Nope. So that's a really good analogy about the contractor. It really is. And you know, I was, I was telling you, someone said you should get three bids. Right? Okay. So we've got to, and one guy was very professional, great athletic questions, kind of talked about what we would do. The other guy came and he had the designer with him. I did not know he had one. He brought her in and he was asking questions to us, like, what are our likes or dislikes? And then he would say to her suggestions, she was writing them down. And for me, I'm like, Oh my gosh, I don't care if these people are three times the price they're going to do it all. Like I don't, I'm like you Cammie, first of all, I don't have time to go out and look for stuff. But I know from pictures from Pinterest or house, you know what I like? And it's kind of like us, we're kind of that people, we ask a lot of questions and based on that and our experience, like, I think I know what,

Speaker 3:

Yeah. I just missed a call from my contractor, by the way.

Speaker 1:

Of course, another thing that I think a lot of people don't realize is that we also have supporting elements to our website services and all the other things that we do I'm included in that is a separate wedding site. You know, you have your regular website, but we also build out a separate website for you. If you choose, if you want to build your wedding business and your wedding sales. So it's a separate site that showcases work and a great consultation form and all of that. And that's just part of your membership. Another good thing to note is that our celebration of life, physical books, we have a digital version and a beautiful coffee table book that helps build relationships with your funeral directors and to grow your sympathy sales. So we're always thinking of new ways to add on little services and little ways to diversify your sales.

Speaker 3:

Again, that really helps with, with local business because when you can personalize their wedding gallery and you can highlight local venues, that's one of the things our florists love is when they can actually put some of their own photographs in there that show a popular local venue. And then the bride can really envision what they can do. You know that and the, the sympathy sales increase with the local funeral homes, it helps build relationship. Yeah,

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. The other thing I'm really excited about that took a lot for all of us to put together in that was flower prep school.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's when we took Ms. Laurie through learning how to design yes. Ellie worked months putting it all together because it took a while to shoot. We were there a week shooting it, but then to try to get all of the material in order and everything we feel was necessary to be able to properly educate. Cause, you know, I don't like the word train cause that's for a dog to educate someone, to be able to really work in a flower shop, to know what they need

Speaker 1:

Immuno the other part of the behind the scenes stuff that Ellie does that no one really thinks about is she had to research platforms to put the program on that can be user-friendly because we have to look at any type of platform or we use as can a business owner and their employees who typically don't spend their life behind a computer like we do, is it user-friendly and that's hard to do. It's hard to find one, um, because some of them are so detailed that they're going to hate this. They're going to shut down. So she's got such a gift in being able to look at those from, with a different set of eyes, because she is very detailed, but she can look at them through the average person, would this motivate them to keep coming back? So I don't think anyone that has joined prep school has even given that any kind of thought, which they shouldn't because it's not their job, but it takes a lot of research. I think for me looking back this year, definitely lots of highs, lots of lows, but the, the biggest feeling I have walking away from 2020 is community our members, even at the beginning of, well, let me back up. When we started, we were all pretty much, yes. We want to offer these services to, for people, to this industry, we are going to offer this, we're going to offer that. But all four of us also came from a place of, but we desire relationship with people. Like we want to interact. We want to be a part of their world as much as they want us to be. And I just think we got really lucky, like every person that has joined flower click, like, Hey, I'm like that too. Like I want, I want to know you, I want a picture of your dog. I want to send you a recipe and we love it. We draw energy from that. Right. Or at least, you know, I do, I love my favorite things are when I get a call from a member and Kamia, I know you do this too. And they're sometimes they're crying. Sometimes they're mad, they're working through a problem. And the first thing they think to do is to reach out to us like how humbling is that, that they think of us that way. So I just, I love that. I love that. It kind of

Speaker 2:

Goes back to what you said earlier about a partner, but also a friend. Yeah. It's where you can take good advice from somebody you trust, you respect their expertise in what they're doing. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. And when COVID started that March and April time that everyone was kind of walking around in fear, including us, I'll never forget. I would get emails from our members because remember we were worried that their first thing they're going to cut is our service. And I don't know that we blame them because we didn't know no one cut it. Not only did they not cut it, they reached out and said, Hey, you're a new business too. How are you guys doing? And I remember the first time I got that email, I just cried. I'm like, wow, I hadn't even had time to actually sit back and think of it that way. Right. And then the thought that they were thinking of me and I'm so busy thinking of them, it just made me feel so good. I think good energy attracts good energy. And I think made it very intentional of the positivity that we want to embrace and foster within our membership. And I think that's what we're getting back and return to is, you know, it's a two way street. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Well said. So let me ask each of you, what do you, think's going to happen in 2021?

Speaker 3:

I will start. And I'll just say circling back around, we started the year out small and we were working with two or three website platforms. We had to kind of start small as far as what we had on staff and what we knew we could accomplish and accomplished well, cause that's very important. But in 2020 we expanded to different clients and hosts and we're up to working with accounted seven different web platforms. Now I hope in, um, in 2021 to expand even further. And I don't know exactly what that looks like yet, but I definitely am always open to learning new things. I know Denise is, she's jumping at the bit to learn new platforms and I'm definitely open to that and to see how we've grown in 2020, and then I'm still open to more in 2020

Speaker 2:

Expanded more. Absolutely. And your web team is ready to take on a whole lot more new members too, right?

Speaker 3:

Oh, a hundred percent. Yeah. That's the, when you said, what do you want for 2021? I want more of these members that we've been talking about. Yeah. Grow even more

Speaker 2:

Because we want flower shops to be more and more successful

Speaker 1:

For me. One of my goals or my main goals is, well, we're in the process of creating. We have flower prep school. We want to have sales prep school. So my vision is to create an online education format, similar to prep school. But it is something that a shop could use for onboarding new employees or employees that have never been trained about a great customer service. So I'm really excited about that. I know Vonda, Ellie, the three of us are going to be hopefully getting together soon to start working on that content. So that's, that's probably my immediate short-term goal. Right. Um, my long-term goal, my long-term goal is to see you guys face to face, meet our members face to face. And one of our goals when we first started was to do like mini retreats or whatever we wanna call them all over. Um, we were going to meet, I know bill Doren wholesale was going to let us use their wholesale house in certain parts. And we were going to do little sessions. Right, right. So I think that is something that's still is very, very deep within my heart. I really want to be able to do that and physically see people. I also agree with Lori on the workshops. I was going back in my notebook on planning flower click, before it was even announced. And within those notes, I found a lot about how we wanted to do in-person workshops and really connect so that we're not just this online business, that we are connecting all over the country with shops and people and florists. So that's a goal hopefully that can happen in the second, third, fourth quarter of 2021. I also want to boost our online education. As Lori was saying with the sales prep school. We have some other things up our sleeves, especially to support our members within online education and things we can do there. And I have a lofty goal of having a flower click app in 2020. Ooh, wow. May or may not already be, you know, researched. So, so those are mine.

Speaker 2:

Well, I guess is to reach more shops and to be able to help them succeed. I know how tough it is out there in this floral industry to succeed as a, as a small business owner or mid-sized business owner even, and anything that we can do and the tools we can prepare to help them become more successful makes us more successful. I mean, I think bottom line, um, down deep, we all feel that passion to help others. We just have that satisfaction when they're succeeding, then we succeed.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. You know how we always try to have a word for the year. And I feel like 2020 was definitely the word pivot because my word, I don't know if it's going to be the whole flower click word, but my word that came to me over a month ago is just the word others. Um, getting outside myself, focusing on others instead of myself, I think part of that's because I was sick for so long and I told you Vonda, I was getting on my own nerves. Like you can't even imagine because I don't like feeling bad, but I know for me, mentally focusing on others is so much more going back to Ellie's word, energizing than myself. So

Speaker 2:

The word we didn't know, we were supposed to give a word.

Speaker 1:

You don't have to think of a word, you know, we can have in our next staff meeting, we can vote on the flower click word for the year. But that's my submission. I'm submitting to word others.

Speaker 2:

What surprises me is that you would choose the word others, because I think your life is all about others already. And if you're making that an intentional word, wow, that's going to be

Speaker 1:

Out world, right? Yeah. No, you're, you're absolutely right. There's just a whole thing. And again, for another podcast of how the, I arrived at that word, that right now is really just between me and God, you know? And it's one of those things it's like, this needs to be your word and you need to be intentional. Um, so we'll see, I'll keep you posted.

Speaker 2:

So to wrap it up, we just are so thankful that we've had a really great year one and we look forward to the next year and everything it brings for flower click and each one of our team members and our clickers are members as well. So Lori, what is our question?

Speaker 1:

Yes, I have to do our questions. So here we go. And just, just a little note to the audience that can't see our faces. They all have a scared look on their face because they forgot that question always is. And you know what? That may be Fonda. Maybe we should change the question for this year, but Oh, I know let's we'll we'll give it one more time. Okay. Finale. What is giving you guys life right now? Um, I raise your hand if I need to call on one first. Does anyone have anything I do. Okay. That would be Cammie Martin.

Speaker 3:

I'm the teacher's pet. I don't do podcasts as often as you guys do. So I was thinking about this. What's given me the library realize this time it's that I'm back in a routine of going to the gym. You know, I got really thrown from my routine. I was in one and when COVID hit, I got really, and I lost my mojo. You know what I mean? And I've been back doing it at least four times a week for the last two months. And I feel so much better about myself. You know, when you come and you finish it that day, it's not even about the results on the scale or the results, whatever. It's more about just like that discipline and that, like, I feel so much better about myself. That's given me life to make it as I compost my goal this week. It's Friday when we're recording this and I'm like, check, check,

Speaker 1:

Done and done

Speaker 3:

This week is done. Another one that played on my playlist today. Another one bites the desk. Oh my gosh. Then I thought about it as a workout. Another one bites a day.

Speaker 1:

That's good. Get off your list.

Speaker 2:

So mine, Laurie, I know we just talked about contractors and getting a bathroom done and I am doing that. But what gives me life is that I have Ellie who has given me all the direction. And so I know where I'm going with my bathroom because she's picked out everything for me. I'm like, Ooh, this is going to be awesome. So that's good because it's exciting. It's going to be exciting to see it all come through.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. I'm with you. I'm going to, I'm excited for your coffee bar that you're having in your bathroom. Just talk about that for a quick second. Can you please elaborate on that Vonda? Because I did. And I'm a little jealous and I'm humored all in when I'm not sure how I feel about it, but it's a dream. It is such a Vonda thing. So it's totally something you would have in your bathroom. As a side note, I wasn't feeling well on Sunday had a little like COVID scare. I'm fine now wasn't it. But that day and the next day I was kind of like quarantining. And I brought in my coffee maker into my bathroom and it was amazing. And I kept there as long as Tyler, let me, and then he's like, yeah, you're not sick anymore. Can we move the coffee pot out of the bathroom? So we explain it, explain the thoughts behind it. Vonda

Speaker 2:

The thought behind it is that oftentimes we have company at the house, right? And we kind of have pretty much a split floor plan. So in the master and that whole side, you can be over there all by yourself and not wake anybody because we get up early in the morning. You, our pod always goes off and be amazing. And I always feel so bad. So I'm like, I just need in my bathroom, a coffee bar, because everything would be there in the morning. Yeah. Ready? And it wouldn't bother anybody.

Speaker 1:

And this is a very others decision she's making right now. It really she's failing. Is it because I'm sitting here thinking, you know, one of my favorite things is to go visit Vonda's house because I love waking up there. I love the view. I always see dolphins, but I love getting up and having that cup of coffee. Am I going to have to go to your bathroom? I will have them both going when people eat there, all you have to do is touch the button. It'll get set up and ready to go, but you can sleep in an extra half hour or hour or whatever if you're there. Okay. Okay. Thank you. All right. That, that makes better sense. So I'm excited for you. My contractor was like, you want what? Yeah, no, I love it. I brought it up. I just mentioned it to Mark and he just pretended I didn't say it. So it was my answer. And Kelly sent me inspirational pictures for that too, so that you have a supporter. I don't have a lot of support with the rope belly in to some things I've got. Yeah, I know. I know. Okay. My answer, my answer. Okay. I was up late last night, finishing, organizing my closet and my dress dresser drawers. And in my office, I have this like, um, day bed, I guess you could call it. And it was just filled with clothes, piled, high of laundry and things that I needed to put away. And it never got to cause that was, you know, busy with everything else. And I did it last night. I listened to my astronaut podcasts and I got it done and it feels so good. It's a theme for 2021 is organizing and staying organized both digitally and physically. So I feel good. I have a clean office. I have a clean bedroom. I had nowhere. All of my things are that I actually wear and use every day and everything that I'm not wearing and using it's down in storage. So. Wow. And so Laurie, well, so I, again, I'm just piggybacking on everybody. So I'm piggybacking on Ellie because the goal for 2020 was for her to fly her butt to my house and read your closet. Tell him we're just going to push that to 2021. That's what's given me life is the vision of her doing what she just did in my closet. How's that great. That little Marie Kondo. Yes. We're going to Marie Kondo the crap out of my closet. That's what we're going to do. We have certainly enjoyed our time together today.
