Episode 073:  Vonda and Lori discuss the long standing phrase, "The customer is always right". and why it's not the best way to conduct your business. The phrase  was coined by Harry Gordon Selfridge, the founder of Selfridge’s department store in London in 1909 and has been used for years by businesses to convince customers that they will get good service at this company and encourage employees to give customers good service.  However, so much has changed since then and there's a price you pay if you stick to it...and it could cost you a valuable employee!
