Raff's Brain #229: Hot Yoga Problems - The Early Yogi Does Not Always Get the Worm!
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Rob is back with another Hot Yoga Problems episode, and this time the crisis is territorial. After a brutal Saturday morning class, he discovers that renovations at a nearby CorePower have sent waves of displaced yogis into his regular studio, taking all the best spots before he even gets there.
What begins as a ridiculous call to “build a wall” around the yoga studio quickly becomes a classic Raff’s Brain reflection on inconvenience, entitlement, community, and the fact that we all eventually become the interloper somewhere. Rob also detours into pedestrian safety, springtime chaos in North Arlington, franchise loyalty, Monopoly real estate, front-row yoga pressure, and whether a soul can look flabby in the mirror.
Funny, self-aware, and sweaty, this episode turns a crowded yoga class into a meditation on grace, perspective, and the temporary nature of being annoyed by other people.
