In today’s episode, I’m on a rant! We’ve reached an era where having adequate bank support and an ethical relationship manager might just be a thing of the past. A simple overdrawn bank overdraft can be reason enough for the bank to drop your business. So, as a business owner, when it comes to business banking solutions, you need to protect yourself by spreading your money out and getting financial support for business from different institutions instead of just one.
If you’ll remember, during 2008 or 2009, the banks were in big trouble. This trouble led to an even greater crisis that was felt on a global scale. Across the globe, governments and taxpayers bore the burden of bailing out financial institutions to help them get out of their funk.
Recently, the public has fallen into a situation where many people have been left in awkward economic positions because of the pandemic. It's a well-known fact that many individuals and business owners have suffered significant losses since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and its subsequent lockdown periods.
Unfortunately, the banks and financial institutions have failed to return the support in a significant way. For this reason, there has to be a way that business owners can spread their money and not rely on just one bank for financial support for business.
