The Utah Women & Leadership Project and the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity have created an inspiring initiative to identify and highlight 100 Utah companies that champion women. By supporting employees through education, family-friendly benefits, policies, or programs that advance women, these companies have created an environment where women can thrive. This episode highlights Wasatch Front Regional Council, a public organization that enhances the quality of life in Northern Utah by unifying visions and plans that enhance things like a well-run transportation system, a strong economy, a healthy environment, and livable communities. Dr. Susan Madsen, Founding Director of the Utah Women & Leadership Project, is joined by Andrew Gruber, the Executive Director of Wasatch Front Regional Council; Marian Florence, the Chief Financial Officer; and Julie Bjornstad, the Senior Transportation Planner.
