Episode 125
Organizations thrive more abundantly when both men and women hold leadership roles and work together. Gender inclusivity in leadership benefits not only Utah’s businesses but also its government organizations, such as state legislatures, city councils, and state and local bureaucracies. The Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) recently published a research brief about women leaders in Utah government, which is the focus of this episode.
Dr. Susan Madsen, Founding Director of the UWLP, is joined by Dr. April Townsend, a UWLP Research Fellow, and Sophia DiCaro, Senior Advisor and Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Planning & Budget.
