A Westchester native and former two-sport captain at Fordham Prep, Francis played four years of college football at Assumption College, earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

He has helped YNY Clients accumulate more 100m+ Views and also has built Snack Time TV, a food-focused brand with 600k+ followers and 300M+ views, dedicated to highlighting small businesses. Recognized as a 2024 Wunderkind, Francis continues to speak on content, branding, and building identity-driven media.

Michael Capozzi is the Head of Operations and co-founder of Y Not You Media. Before launching the agency in 2018, he worked on Apple’s Leadership Team supporting the Genius Bar, sharpening his skills in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. He later served as an MEP Project Manager for Tishman Construction, coordinating large-scale logistics and developing operational procedures for major corporate projects.

Born and raised in The Bronx, Michael lives by the belief that “you should be the only person determining your journey.” Known as the backbone of Y Not You Media, he specializes in AI, automation, no-code solutions, web development, and systems optimization—ensuring the company stays efficient, innovative, and ahead of digital trends.

A 2024 Wunderkind honoree, Michael continues to guide both clients and the agency with a forward-thinking, customer-first mindset.
