In 1991, Judith Shelton identified an opportunity to leverage her knowledge and skill to greatly impact the development of multi-unit residential properties. For the last three decades, she has remained at the forefront of our design processes as we breathe life into residential multi-family dwellings.

Since then, Shelton Taylor + Associates has steadily grown into an industry-leading team of interior designers as we expand on her expertise. Katherine Hawks joined STA over a decade ago as a design assistant and worked her way up to Vice President of Design Development. She oversees the company’s project pipeline and is responsible for consistency in streamlining the design, implementation and execution process. Senior Designer Maggie Higley has been a vital part of the STA team since 2015 and has gained experience in almost every facet of the design and procurement process along the way. Today, she designs and manages upwards of 10 projects at a time.
