Caroleen Wilkes is Vice President of Development at Wood Partners. With 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction, she has led teams in the successful delivery of 4,000+ multi-family units, 600,000+ SF of office space and multiple hospitality concepts.
Caroleen is passionate about using development to both enhance communities and improve portfolio performance through the integration of technology, wellness and sustainability. Her triple bottom line focus on the built environment continues to manifest through research and development projects, spearheading corporate sustainability initiatives and avid volunteer service on non-profit boards.
Caroleen is a proud Buckeye having been born and raised in Ohio with a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University. She moved to Nashville 10 years ago to attain her Masters degree from Vanderbilt University and since has been grateful to call Nashville home.
