There's this one that shows that Ultraprocessed foods now comprise 2/3rds of kids and teens diet.
Then there is a FASCINATING one about fasting and whether that can ward off infections and inflammation. This is especially interesting for people with auto-immune diseases but it even throws the old "You have to eat or you won't get better" adage a lot of parents use out of the window. If you have a child that gets sick this is definitely something you should be interested in.
And, finally, there is this one that looks at accelerated aging and postpartum sleep loss. And don't think of that "accelerated aging" as just looking older. We're talking health impact as well.
