Teri Slavik-Tsuyuki

Teri Slavik-Tsuyuki is a marketing strategist and community development consultant known for applying sociological research to residential and resort real estate. She founded the America at Home Study during the COVID-19 pandemic to track shifts in consumer behavior, informing home and neighborhood design. Teri serves as Co-Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Communities initiative and previously was Chief Marketing Officer for Newland Communities. Earlier, her agency worked with Intrawest Corporation. Her work has been cited by Fast Company, USA Today, The Washington Post, Forbes, CNN Business, and Fox Business. She is active with the Urban Land Institute and holds degrees from Northwestern University and Simon Fraser University.
