Hey camp hacker! Avid listener and Camp Director of Ops here! I am back and forth with my Director of curriculum on developing a CIT program! How to develop a curriculum that leads to returning staff? How to maintain the boundaries that this camper is still a camper not a counselor yet. I would love to know how others do this! We are an academic camp but I have a background in outdoor camps. (Trying to bring more of outdoor camp to academic settings) Thanks!
