Greetings, Friends! We're bombarding you with a neat little episode tonight hosted by Francis and Michael. Francis crawled his way out of the deep, dark labyrinth that is customer service call centers. It's OK. He survived and he's here to tell you his tale. If that wasn't enough, he also just got through a gauntlet of family vacations and still, he lives to tell you of his adventures. Michael apparently has a technically difficult case of the quiet mic tonight but he's tossing his sprinkles of goodness on top of this tasty twisty ice cream cone, regardless. Saddle up!
