  • Ritual is the gift of this time of year.
  • Using your Future Self to show up as who you want to BE.
  • How to feel confident and empower rather than left out.
  • The exact SKILL set you need to develop to make this work stick.
  • How to create certainty in your health and in your life.
  • Common mistakes NOT to make that will make it easy to say no to a drink.

This weeks self inquiry work:
Do you want to fit in and be the same or stand out because you are claiming your self authority? Why?

How is it true that you have BELONGED before you needed to be accepted?

What do all human beings deserve as their birthright?

How can you see every one in that light?

Special thanks to Robin Wall Kimmerer, Author of Braiding Sweetgrass, for Introducing me to the Thanksgiving Address and to the Haudenosaunee Confederacy for creating and sharing such a sacred ritual.
I hope you will take these lessons from the show, keep you mind open and share them.

Do you ever feel like you're outgrowing alcohol, that you are longing for a deeper connection to life? If alcohol is keeping you playing small and feels like the one area, you just can't figure out you are in the right place. Hi, my name is Mary Wagstaff. I'm a Holistic alcohol coach who ended a 20 year relationship to alcohol without labels, counting days or ever making excuses. Now I help powerful women just like you eliminate their desire to drink on their own terms. In this podcast, we will explore the revolutionary approach of my proven five shifts process that gets alcohol out of your way by breaking all of the rules and the profound experience that it is to rediscover who you are on the other side of alcohol. I am so thrilled to be your guide. Welcome to your journey of awakening. Hello, my beautiful listeners. Welcome back to the show, for our final part to our three part series, celebrating the holidays, alcohol free and why it's the best and actually easiest time to do. So I'm thrilled that you're here. I apologize for my voice. I kind of at the tail end of a little bit of laryngitis that I get every year. But I'm committed to bringing you this episode. And I wanted to start our show today with a beautiful address called the Thanksgiving address that comes to us from the Haudenosaunee people which is a confederacy, trot of first people nations made up of Mo hogs Oneidas on and Donna Cayuga and Seneca tribes of the north eastern part of the US actually where I am from in upstate New York. And it's interesting because I was I was informed about this beautiful address this declaration of of gratitude through the book braiding sweetgrass by Robin wall Kimmerer, what which I am slowly reading to my son. It's an amazing, amazing book about the relationship from the perspective of this woman who's a botanist, a mother, and also a member of one of the first nation tribes here in the United States, she actually was kind of from around, she spent some time in this area as well in upstate New York. But it's just a beautiful sentimental book of some of the intention that, you know, the native peoples really had for, for their life and their communion with the land, that as we grow and have grown, and you know, there's been colonization and capitalism and patriarchal power over structures in our world, that we have lost some of this meaning and connection. And the Thanksgiving address isn't just something that the Haudenosaunee made for Thanksgiving, but it isn't a dress that they that they unite their minds and hearts with, at the beginning of ceremony and times to come together. Like you would say, Grace, or like the Pledge of Allegiance, or the National Anthem, or something to that effect, but from just this really beautiful unification of what it means to be human. And I was planning on asking permission, we're going to be at a 30 person, Thanksgiving celebration at my sister's house this year. And I wanted to read this address, because as I've traversed the last few years, especially alcohol free, this will be the fourth holiday season I'll be celebrating alcohol free, which I am very proud of. And I'm very excited about mostly because of it's allowed me to align my decision making with my values. And that is what I help my clients do when we explore their life intention is we we explore what are their values, and it's just something you know, as adults, we don't often stop to really intentionally think about. But then I was here in upstate New York, and we went to this museum and they had a whole exhibit on the audio Haudenosaunee, which name translates to the people of the longhouse and in front, there was a banner of the thanks Getting a dress so it was just felt very serendipitous. And in the books braiding sweetgrass, she has asked for permission from one of the Onondaga faith keepers, who says, of course, you should write about it. It's supposed to be shared. Otherwise, how can it work? We've been waiting 500 years for people to listen. If they understood the Thanksgiving, then we wouldn't be in this mess. And so with deep sincerity, and gratitude in my heart for you and for us, uniting our minds and hearts together, through the frequency of awakening from alcohol, I bring this Thanksgiving address to you from the bottom of my heart, and hope that you will carry it out into your intention for this holiday season and for your awakening from alcohol. Because if we don't stop to lead our lives with more intention, alcohol will continue to blind our desires. So this is my invitation to you is to take a sacred pause to stop whatever you're doing, and to really be present for this Thanksgiving, a dress. And thank you so much for listening. So hot an assignee, Thanksgiving address, greetings to the Nash natural world, the people, Today we have gathered, and we see that the cycles of life continue, we have been given the duty to live in balance in harmony with each other, and all living things. So now we bring our minds together as one as we give greetings and thanks to each other as people. Now our minds are one, the Earth Mother, we are all thankful to our Earth mother, the earth, for she gives us all that we need for life. She supports our feet as we walk about upon her. It gives us the joy that she continues to care for us, as she has from the beginning of time. To our mother, we send greetings and thanks. And now our minds are one. The waters, we give thanks to all of the waters of the world for quenching our thirst and providing us with strength. Water is life. We know its power in many forms, waterfalls and rain, mists and streams, rivers and oceans. With one mind, we send greetings and thanks to the spirit of water. And now our minds are one. The fish, we turn our minds to all the fish life in the water. They were instructed to cleanse and purify the water. They also give themselves to us as food, we are grateful that we can still find pure water. So we turn now to the fish and send our Greetings and thanks. And now our minds are one the plants we turn towards the vast fields of plant life. As far as the eye can see the plants grow, working many wonders they sustain many life forms. With our minds gathered together, we give thanks and look forward to seeing plant life for many generations to come. Now our minds are one the food plants with one mind we turn to honor and thank all the food plants we harvest from the garden. Since the beginning of time, the grains vegetables, beans and berries have helped the people survive. Many other living things draw strength from them to we gather all the plant foods together as one and send them a greeting of thanks. Now our minds are one the medicine herbs. Now we turn to all the medicine herbs of the world. From the beginning they were instructed to take away sickness. They are always waiting and ready to heal us. We are happy they are still among us. Those special few who remember how to use these plants for healing. With one mind. We send greetings and thanks to the medicines and to the keepers of the medicine. And now our minds are one the animals. We gather our minds together to send greetings and thanks to all the animal life in the world. They have many things to teach us as people. We are honored by them and they give up their lives so we may use their bodies as food for our people. We see them near our homes and in the deep forests. We are glad they are still here. And we hope that it will always be so. Now our minds are one, the trees, we now turn our thoughts to the trees. The Earth has many families of trees, who have their own instructions in uses. Some provide us with shelter and shade, others with fruit, beauty and other useful things. Many of us you, the world use a tree as a symbol of peace and strength. With one mind we greet and think the tree of life. Now our minds are one, the birds, we put our minds together as one and thank all the birds who move and fly about over our heads. The Creator gave them beautiful songs. Each day they remind us to enjoy and appreciate life. The eagle was chosen to be their leader to all the birds from the smallest to the largest. We send our joyful Greetings and thanks. Now our minds are one. The four winds, we are thankful to the powers we know as the four winds, we hear their voices in the air as they refresh us and purify the air we breathe. They help us to bring change of the seasons. From the four directions they come bringing us messages and giving us strength with one mind. We send our Greetings and thanks to the four winds. Now our minds are one the thunders now we turn to the west, where our grandfather's the thunder beings live. With lightning and thundering voices. They bring with them the water that renews life. We are thankful that they keep those evil things made. By oak Weiser is underground. We bring our mind together as one to send greetings and thanks to our grandfathers for thunders. Now our minds are one, the sun. We now send greetings and thanks to our eldest brother the sun each day without fail, he travels the sky from east to west, bringing the light of a new day. He is the source of all the fires of life. With one mind we send greetings and thanks to our brother, the sun. Now our minds our one grandmother moon, we put our minds together to give thanks to our oldest grandmother, the moon, who lights the nighttime sky. She is the leader of women all over the world, and she governs the movement of the ocean tides. By her changing face, we measure time, and it is the Moon who watches over the arrival of children here on Earth. With one mind we send greetings and thanks to our grandmother the moon. Now our minds are one. The stars. We give thanks to the stars who are spread across the sky like jewelry. We see them in the night, helping the moon to light the darkness and bring do to the gardens and growing things. When we travel at night They guide us home. Our minds gathered together as one, we send greetings and thanks to the stars. Now our minds are one, the Enlightened teachers, we gather our minds to greet and thank the Enlightened teachers who have come to help us throughout the ages. When we forget how to live in harmony, they remind us of the way we were instructed to live as people with one mind we send greetings and thanks to these caring teachers. Now our minds are one, the Creator. Now we turn our thoughts to the creator or a great spirit and send greetings and thanks for all the great gifts of creation. Everything we need to live a good life is here on this Mother Earth. For all the love that is still around us. We gather our minds together as one and send our choices, words of greetings and things to the Creator. Now our minds are one closing words. We have now arrived at the place where we end our words of all the things we have named. It was not our intention to leave anything out. Something was forgotten. We leave it to each individual to send such Greetings and thanks in their own way. Now our minds are one this translation of the Mohawk version of the hotness Sani Thanksgiving address was developed and published in 1993 and provided courtesy of the Six Nations Indian Museum and tracking project and I wanted to say a special thanks to above braiding sweetgrass and Robin wall Kimmerer, for bringing this book into my life or this address into my life, and to the hardness Sani people, the lands where I currently am recording this episode, and to all of you listening. So just taking a moment, in whatever way this resonated with you to connect to your intention, and maybe even bringing this address into your celebrations for the season. So thank you for your time for listening to this. And this was how I wanted to start the show because it also is how the third part of our series here is going to end. So if you've been listening to this three part series of how to celebrate the holidays, alcohol free and why it's the best and easiest time, in part one, we talked about the mind and getting clear and aware of your habitual thoughts of why it won't work in bringing in some, some new thoughts, but focusing on some new thoughts that are actually thoughts that you believe that are more neutral to positive of what this time of year means to you, and what are just some neutral facts. Part Two was coming into your sacred why deeply deeply of why you're actually here, not what the holidays mean to you, but why you are wanting to, and I say change your relationship to alcohol, but when you but what that really means is change your relationship to yourself. And so when we can take that intention, and fuel it and bring it into the forefront as our main priority, it is going to shift your energy for how you're showing up because you're going to be more focused on what you're saying yes to your intention for why you're here versus what you're what you think you're giving up. Right. So if we only focus on the problem, we can stay in the negative of deprivation, and what I talked about last week of uncertainty, but if we talk about creating the solution or being the solution, then we're moving more towards the negative, which creates just more energy in our life. And I kind of wanted to go back briefly to this piece of we often talk about alcohol, and I say changing your relationship to alcohol, because I've got to say something that you know is in line with our mainstream beliefs of thinking. Because you're not really changing your relationship to alcohol at all. Alcohol just sits there, right? You're not breaking up with alcohol. Alcohol was never a lover, it was never a best friend. It was never any of these things. It was a liquid in a glass. This is how you are relating to yourself, your relationship to alcohol begins and ends with your relationship to yourself. Okay, so don't give alcohol any more credit as a confidant that was you and how you knew how to show up for yourself. And it worked for a while. And now what's not, right. So I want there to be like this little bit more mature perspective to come in of like, alcohol is a liquid in the glass. It's a fact anyone would agree with that. Okay, when we're changing a relationship with a real person, there's another person involved, which we're relating to. And that is part of the journey of awakening as well. But when we think about changing our relationship to alcohol, it is how do we want to show up for ourselves? How do we want to have our own back? How do we want to solve our problems by focusing on the problem and more of a victim scarcity mindset, or to become the solution and an empowerment, abundant mindset? And I will be doing an episode probably next week on validation, because this doesn't ever ever mean. bypassing your emotions, of scarcity, of deprivation, of fear. This means how do you want to show up as the only person who can truly ever 100% support you your entire life to the person who's experiencing shame, victimhood, right? How do you want to show up for that version of yourself with invalidation of alcohol or with understanding, with validation with tenderness with kindness, with a healthy attitude with with solution based action. So today, we shift to action we, we started with the mind, we went to the heart and now we take action more Moving into the physical, we often talk about alcohol as a ritual. Alcohol is not a ritual alcohol is a habit. The definition of ritual is defined by creating a ceremony in which the actions and wordings follow a prescribed form. Now that prescription can be something that you've created for yourself. And again, this is something like, you know, we think alcohols is ritual, but I'm sure you weren't like saying a prayer, every time you drank. It was like, yes, there was a series of events. But a ceremony is a sacred act, it actions that follow wording, right, so this word of this Thanksgiving address, so I want to give you some other ways to bring your senses. And this is the process of alchemy. This is a ceremony action, following a prescribed word, wording following a prescribed form and order. So this could be a lighting of a candle and three deep breaths. This could be a dress, a Thanksgiving, a dress, and everyone having the opportunity to state their name and what they're grateful for. So this is using our intention to fuel our actions. And then our actions are taking tangible things and waking up our senses. And so now we're creating ceremony. Now, we're actually in a ritual of combining form, and our senses and wording into an event into action. And, you know, we kind of lose, have lost some of that is even, you know, in my, in my rituals, that I, in a bigger way, we definitely have more rituals in my private home. But the Thanksgiving address, actually, in the place of the hot in the Sani people is where I grew up in upstate New York. And so I really wanted to bring that into my, into our Thanksgiving this year. Because, you know, I feel like it, there is intention, but the intention is an express and I think it's a real missed moment of pause, because why are we here? If we can't give 20 minutes, then why are we doing this? Right? If our attention is only focused on kind of the habitual doesn't mean, it's bad. But can we give our sacred attention of this moment, right, like the pandemic was so hard, because we were, we were dispersed from each other. There is a frequency of the heart. And when our minds are one, our hearts are one, because our thoughts create our emotions. And the frequency of our heart can be measured and felt feet outside of our body. So when we come into heart coherence with each other, we don't have to have the same beliefs. We don't have to be drinking the same beverage, but we can unite our minds in our intention. So that is something my beautiful listener, I want to invite you to show up to be the change that you want to see in some way. So the three things that I talked about a why or why it's easier. And the best time of year to do this as for during this time is for three reasons. ones. One is because we're hitting it at all angles. Right? Like we're overcoming all of these objections that we have in one fell swoop. So that's going to expedite, like when you can disprove all a bunch of your beliefs and really hone in on that in one circumstance. You're going to expedite your results because you're going to have all of this new evidence to the contrary of what you've been believing about alcohol. You're gonna dive in to the gift of the season, which is the sacred why which is the sentiment, which is like the generosity, the giving, the being receptive to receiving. Right. And we have to do this by focusing our intention by opening our heart and aligning with our values and making decisions from there. The act of generosity, like if you just took that as your Only focus and receiving without expectation that could get you so far. So we take the natural gifts of the season of shining the light, brighter in the darkness, right if we're just looking at the cyclical nature of the earth, and we let that guide our emotions. And then the third reason is the amplification of our most powerful part of our human experience, which is our senses, what we see what we hear what we smell, what we taste what we touch what we remember, like when you hug, hug on the left side, heart to heart, really embrace people see if you can get him in there for an extra three seconds. Right? What are the textures that you're touching the warm cozy sweaters maybe buying yourself like a nice bling, like cozy outfit, right? Something like fancy and valora, some velvet, something soft to the touch the smells, the fragrances, the pine, the pine that connects us and grounds us to the earth all have the sense of the season, of the different flavors of the foods that we don't eat only during this time of year. What are all of those the candles that are lit, the ambiance, the lights from different decorations, the prayers, the songs, the games, the crafting, the getting fancy, ritual is the gift of this time of the year. And it's not limited to alcohol, because alcohol is not even a ritual. Give yourself time to transition naturally, by immersing yourself with your senses, which is what's going to turn your direct experience network online. So when we come to our senses, and we anchor our attention into the present moment, we bring our direct experience network online. So when we're overwhelmed, and we fall back into that habitual patterning, which is kind of the fight flight freeze, of drinking, we bring our senses online. So I want you to focus and decide on one thing for each scent, scent sense, human sense that you want to focus on throughout the season, and maybe you pick one song, maybe you pick a poem that you want to bring it, pick a new game, like and really do it. Because this is how you create change. One of the breakthrough thoughts for the week from my clients was if I want change, I have to do something different. winding down, quote unquote, which is always like an excuse of alcohol is just getting wound up from the anticipation of drinking half of the winding up that your experience is just waiting for the alcohol. So if you're not anticipating the drinking, and you're anticipating other things that you're going to intentionally get excited about the actions that you're going to take, you're not going to have that need to wind down. So you lead with that intention we created from last week with your sacred y as the idea of who do you be when you show up as future focus version of yourself who takes action using all of their senses? Who are you becoming? And how does that version of yourself who is thrilled that alcohol is no longer a part of your abundant life. And you can solve any problem because you know how to focus on the solutions coming from inside focus on shifting your mindset and becoming mindful of the present moment. So this version of yourself doesn't do these things. So these are the common mistakes that you want to avoid. make it harder to say no judging other people and their drinking habits. Making excuses for your drinking. Versus just saying no thank you or totally embracing that you're taking personal responsibility for the the radiant health that you're creating. Right. Like all that, that's so powerful. You don't want to have expectations of how anyone else needs to show up, but yourself. That's going to make it so much easier to say no to a drink because you're not going to be disappointed. You're not going to have the expectation of being let down Things that make it harder to say no is not going all out, like showing up and like, you know, get cozy, but like bring the bling, go all out on your gift wrapping go out on the taking that like extra opportunity to like bake a pie, bake your pumpkin and do real pumpkin versus canned pumpkin, or like juicing some oranges to bring for a special elixir that you want to bring, put some glitter on, bring a special new game, do something outside of the norm. And if I know you, I have a feeling you go all out anyway. So like go all out and be in it like this. So excited about it. Don't show up empty handed. Bring something in alignment with this version of your intention of who you are being not deciding ahead of time your resolve, you do not leave it up to chance, don't see how it goes, decide now, bring all of these tools with you make your list now and check it twice. Before you walk out the door. It only takes a few minutes. This is the action you have to take. If you want long term result you have you can't take shortcuts. Okay? This is the version of yourself you have to show up for but it's not hard, it's simple. You just have to do things differently than you've done them before. And don't be the person to distract yourself with over consuming this time of year. If you're going to do it lead with your intention. Right enjoy yourself enjoy the food, enjoy the dessert, but notice it in light of not drinking, how much more you can taste, I'm going to give you a little hint, there is no such thing as wine pairings. Okay? I think that doesn't actually exist. Alcohol numbs and kills all of our taste buds. So you can just take that off of your plate for why it's not going to be the same. Your roast and your red wine, you're going to enjoy all of your food so much more, you're going to have less dessert because you're going to be more mindful, you're gonna like really embrace the flavors that everything you're tasting, you're not going to feel the need to be obligated to over consume, because you're going to be leading with that intention. I'm going to leave you with another list of questions that I want you to answer that are going to help cultivate the way that you take action and the type of actions that you take for who you be when you show up as your future focused self. Indulging in your senses, all of them. Not from a place of gluttony from a place of presence, and mindfulness and abundance, and groundedness or shifting from the mindset of uncertainty and scarcity to I know how to engage with my senses, that's the most human part of who you are, is what is going to help expedite and create new memories for you. I'll add these to the show notes. But here's a few questions of how to feel confident empowered, rather than feeling left out. And shifting from black and white thinking to all you know from all or nothing to the both and like it's gonna be different. But it's gonna be awesome. It's gonna be new, but it's gonna be exciting. Right? And that's good. How is it true that you have belonged before the need to be accepted? Acceptance is a construct. Do you want to fit in and be the same? Or stand out because you are claiming self authority? And why? Either one fit in to be the same or stand out because you're claiming self authority. Either one of those answers were fine, but decide on which one and why. What do all human beings Observe as their birthright that's going to take you into non judging non expectation for yourself and for the other. How can you see everyone in that light of what we deserve as a human birth right? The skill set that you need to learn, to continue to create this immersive experience is how to use compassion and generosity to fuel your intention to your future self. And remind yourself of that again, and again and again. And that's the opportunity that takes place in our one on one coaching weekly sessions. You do that for yourself about your thoughts, and others, how to plan ahead of time using the ETA process, how to understand and witness the emotions in your body. So that you don't, you can allow yourself to settle naturally into new situations that you can experience them in your body versus in your brain. We use the method called the sacred pause to really explore that. Generating and seeking new evidence through evaluation and accountability. Creating your belief goal, to decide how that future focused version of yourself shows up. And making decisions in alignment with your values through the life intention. So it's time to pull back the curtain and disprove the story that you're believing about alcohol. And you're here, because you're missing something in your life, and you are ready to create more meaning. More connection, more abundance, more possibility. And I am so, so thrilled that you are here, I would really encourage you to go back through these episodes and listen, and really set sit down the time it literally would take you 20 minutes to do this. So no excuses. And I want to invite you to do to start this work. Now. I want you to learn this process, and develop these skills that I just outlined. The life intention, the eta, how to make decisions in alignment with your values, and the sacred pause method. Waiting to develop these skills means waiting to have certainty of your health and your happiness. Waiting to develop these skills means waiting for the results that these skills create, like pursuing all of your other goals, having better relationships being present for your children, being in control of your health, your mental and physical health, having clarity of mind being in control of turning your dreams into reality. The program is broken down into five simple steps. And this is every part of awakening from alcohol. Getting a new perspective on an old habit is what we're doing. It's not resources, its resourcefulness, right. Like you have resources to tap into. It's your resourcefulness for acquiring them, and then utilizing them. How are you using your resources to create the change in your relationship to yourself, aka alcohol that you want to see, to immerse yourself not just in this one hour every day. But to learn a new language, right? The solution is to create an intentional shift of perspective, to gather evidence and create a new belief about who you want to be in the world that is contrary to the need of alcohol being important at all. And to develop a beautiful compassionate curiosity towards your human experience, your senses and your own emotions. And to anchor that into your why, even when old habits show up, even when old thoughts show up, even when doubt shows up, you anchor into this, why these, what I like to call spiritual triggers again and again and again. And so these steps work to generate new awareness to manage your mind. And to dismantle old behavior and belief patterns, create emotional intimacy, relationship to yourself, and the self concept that you're creating. I'm the woman who no longer requires alcohol or cares. And it's part of, of your life. Commitment and personal responsibility is what the accountability and evaluation that I get to do with you one on one creates, you get to learn this process immediately on demand, when you start the process of coaching, and you can go through this process in the shortest time is 30 days, or you have access to it forever. For reference. You either learn to develop a new relationship to alcohol, or I continue to work with you until you do. This happens through different modalities of one on one weekly coaching, a classroom portal container where you have my brain downloaded. And then it works with you to really work your brain and self coach yourself so that we can pull out all of your old belief patterns. And because you have probably started programs in the past, like we all have, and you've learned a lot, but you can't really check in and you don't have the backup support and accountability. To let you know if you're on the right track and making progress. You want to know am I doing this, right? But there's just like no one out there to ask. Many of my clients come to me feeling afraid of like just falling behind or they're not going to figure it out. I created in the program, a process called get coached 24/7 You can go inside of the client portal of empowerment every single day, and submit any question you have about the process, and any coaching you need on planning ahead of time or processing emotions. And you can get help with shifting your perspective intentionally. You can work on your confidence with yourself. You can get pre event coaching, post event coaching and develop your mindset for overcoming your own habitual objections. You can ask any anything. This is full time coaching support, and it is included in side of my one on one mentorship, and then stop drinking and start living course, which is the podcast like 100x. And they also know that sometimes you just want to ask a quick question or get advice. And you want to celebrate, create a new future self concept and feel connected. And that's where I come in to help you set up your mindset in the process before, during and after. So you always feel like you have support. Even when you're working on your own. I decided I wanted to make the value 10 times what someone would pay to join that portion of the program. And I wanted to offer you the deepest level of support I could. So I added the weekly live one on one private coaching with just me and you to make sure that you can do everything in real time with me as your advocate, and guiding you intimately through the process to set self accountability, clarity and commitment. This takes my client off to the implementation process of using the five shifts in every other area of your life. You learn so much about yourself that you didn't even know what in there, it's such an amazing process. And it truly is your first and biggest breakthrough. Just like overcoming all of your objections about the holiday season, by making what I truly believe, is the most important and sacred investment you will ever make in your life. You overcome and dismantle so many beliefs about what it means to invest in yourself, and what a true investment is, outside of the conditioned beliefs that we have really been led to believe about what it creates value in our life. And what I have learned more than anything, through my journey of coaching and spirituality, and mindset. And mindfulness is the number one guarantee, investment on your return you can make is in your own mind, because it truly is the only place where you have the most control, and you can learn to evaluate it, you can invest in the stock market, you can buy a new car, you can remodel your house, you can go on vacation, but nothing is going to give you the return on your investment, like it will with yourself. Because the impact that it has on every other area of your life, it is truly the most sacred gift and opportunity you could ever give yourself permission to do is work through the process of the journey of awakening. With support, it is the ultimate way to validate where you are right now. And say without apology, or permission from anyone else. This is what I deserve, to know myself, to know how to manage my mind to solve for alcohol, and all of the problems I thought alcohol was solving for, this is what you truly deserve, I am available for you, there's only a few opportunities left for the rest of the year to get on the schedule to start the process this year, or to get on the waiting list for 2023. So I'm going to really encourage you and invite you to take the opportunity now, while you're steeped in your done energy and your sacred, why to take action to make this investment that's going to have an impact on the rest of your life. Someone just asked me recently, when is the best time to start coaching. And I told them whenever you are ready to start making decisions that are in alignment with your values. When you want to become the most confident version of yourself, who doesn't apologize or ask for permission for radiant health, or to get you to know yourself on the deepest level? So in other words, now, like why would you ever want to wait to make decisions in alignment with your values, or to start to take full responsibility for your health and to get to know yourself on a deeper level. And you can do this work on your own, but you haven't yet. It's gonna take so much longer and you're gonna miss stuff, like I just had, I just got off of a call today. And the person had said, I'm feeling less reactive because I'm making myself a priority versus reacting to making other people's health important. And I said, Okay, so you change your expectations of how other people are supposed to behave, you know, and that is something that they hadn't seen in that way. Right? And so when you have this third party observer coming from love, and only your best interests, like when I get on my coaching calls, it's like that person on the other side of it, my coach, they only want me to solve that problem that I come to them with so that I can feel better and get to the results I want and to having more fun and enjoying my life more. Right like that's only why we're ever there and being the advocate for your dreams. Like Making your dreams the decision that you're having right now, the result of getting alcohol out of your way will last you a lifetime. And it applies to every other goal you will reach. So the five shifts you use for this, then you use for your next thing, then you're used for your next thing. And I'm never, I'm not saying you'll never have another coach again. But the five shifts is going to change the way you show up for your health and wellness, for your relationship to food to your relationship with your spouse, your children, your family, you know, to do all of the things that you want, the impact you create will ripple into your life and touch every person you know and meet from this point forward in a profound way, I do not take this work lightly. And I know you don't either. And it matters because the quality of your life matters. If you don't have health on every level, you can't do all of the other things because and it is going to get harder to change your relationship to alcohol. And it's as far as I'm concerned, if you're here, this is the best program for you. The results that we are having right now in the program are inspiring me to take action like I didn't even know it was possible, like clients right now are blowing my mind, I am so proud of them. Just such a big shout out for them taking the opportunity to go beyond their limiting beliefs and say yes, to aligning with their why. And now they're like doing things that they never thought possible in such a short amount of time. The confidence to show up at family gatherings, we just plan for all of the holiday celebrations. And everyone's prepared. It's amazing. When you learn how to observe your thinking and take intentional action toward the result that you want, you can solve the problem with alcohol and every thing that you thought alcohol was solving. You immerse yourself in learning a new way. So you've got to turn up the volume on saying hell yes to life. By creating and making your health and well being the most valuable thing in your life to invest in, there is nothing else. So right now, in the show notes, go to the link to the schedule. Or you can reply to me if we've talked before, and just say, Hell, yes, I'm all in. And we will get you going on demand and the client portal of empowerment. And you won't believe the shift that happens. I don't even think in 30 days. I mean, I'm seeing shifts from people in seven days, 14 days, 21 days, it is blowing my mind right now. This is my guarantee to you. I think you're so brave for being here. And I know how much more you deserve and how much more is available to your life. Once alcohol is out of the way, but you've got to show up for yourself in a new way. You've got to invest and become resourceful in a new way. That is the kind of mindset that it takes to change your relationship to alcohol. And that is why this process works so quickly, and so efficiently. I'm all in if you're all in and you can show up with an open mind and an open heart. And together there is nothing that we can't do. Have an amazing, amazing week, and I'll talk to you soon.
