In this episode, I share how uncomfortable moments can actually serve as the spark for transformation, and why clarity is so powerful in helping us finally move forward. Hey, there it is, Tony Ann. And I wanted to be very real and candid with you because I had one of those moments recently where you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror and think, wait, whoa, how did I even get here? And maybe you've had that moment too. I have been away for a couple weeks, and while I've been consistent with working out, I'll be honest, my eating and drinking habits haven't been the best the past few years. I love food, I love snacks, and I love a good glass of wine. The truth is all of that caught up with me. So on this trip, there was a ton of candid photos taken. you know, not the cute Posey Posey pictures, but the action shots where you're just living life. And when I saw those pictures of myself, I was shocked. I didn't realize how much I had changed. It stung even more when I realized my uniform didn't fit before the trip and I actually had to buy a bigger size, and even then I thought I was hiding it well. But spoiler, I wasn't. And listen, nothing will humble you faster than people asking if you're pregnant when you're not. I laughed it off in the moment, but deep down it hurt. Then I tried on a uniform that I needed for an event in December, and let's just say I, um, it barely made it up my thighs. That was my wake up call. I literally said to myself, enough is enough. This isn't who I want to be, and this is not how I want to feel. And here's the thing. As uncomfortable as it was, the photos, the too tight uniform, the comments, it gave me something I couldn't ignore anymore. Clarity. Clarity is the first step in the momentum method because before you can make any change in your life, you have to stop and get really honest about where you are right now, not where you used to be, not where you wish you were, and not where you pretend to be for other people, but the real unfiltered, raw version of your life today. That's what those photos gave me. I couldn't deny what was in front of me. It wasn't about shame, it was about truth. And once I had the truth, I could finally decide, do I wanna keep going down this road or do I want to shift? For me, the shift is about my health, but for you, clarity might look like admitting that your mornings feel chaotic and stressful, or noticing that your routines always fall apart by Wednesday. Or realizing that you're constantly saying yes to things you don't have the capacity for. Clarity isn't always comfortable, but it's powerful because once you see the reality, you can finally do something about it. Without clarity, you're just spinning your wheels, hoping that the magical change will happen. With clarity, you get to take the first real step forward. And that's exactly why I created Momentum. It's a four week reset for busy moms who are tired of constantly starting over every Monday. Inside of Momentum, we'll walk through four pillars. Clarity, commitment, confidence and celebration to help you build routines to actually fit your real life. If you're listening to this and thinking, yep, I've had that wake up call too, then I wanna invite you to join us. The doors to Momentum are open right now. You can head to the link inside of the description to get the details to sign up and remember, you don't have to do this alone. You don't have to wait for the perfect time. That clarity that you feel right now, that's your invitation to start. All right, that's what I've got for you today. Clarity isn't always comfortable, but it is the first step to creating a life that's lighter, easier, and more you. I can't wait to see you inside of momentum. Take care, and with lots of love.
