Ep 125: NOBODY SAYS THANK YOU...
Show Notes

Sending a hand-written thank you note after an interview still matters, yet only 1 in 40 people do it;

  • Being gracious shows a level of integrity and caring critical to on-the-job leadership
  • It may make the difference between the recruiter hiring you and another runner-up that is equally qualified
  • Companies look for intangibles, particularly for the executive level such as career ambition, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and motivation

Alison Tringale, is a Managing Partner with DHR Global (an executive search firm with 50+ offices across the globe). She enjoys working with innovative leaders that are looking to disruptive technologies such as blockchain, RPA, IoT, etc. to meet increasing customer demands.
