Episode 27. Reaching a higher ground of Speed and Jumping with Randy Huntington
Show Notes

In this episode we talk with Chinese National Sprints and Jumps coaching legend Randy Huntington.  Randy trained sprinter Su Bingtain to run a 9.83 100m dash which is the Chinese National record.  Within that 100M he ran the fastest 60M split ever 6.29 which equates to a 4.07 40 dash.  He has also worked with the Chinese record holder in the long jump.   Randy also trained the record holder in the long Mike Powell who jumped 29ft 4" in 1991.  That record still stands today.  Randy also was the speed coach for the 98-99 Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos.  We talk about the art of developing speed and explosive power.
