Pulling back the curtain on ice cream making, I demonstrate how to create our famous Cookie Butter flavor from scratch using high-quality ingredients. This episode answers the question many customers have been asking about whether we make our own ice cream or buy it pre-made.

Introduction to Ice Cream Making Process

What's up, guys? So you guys have been asking me for a long time, roger, how do you make the flavors? How do you make your flavors? How do you make your ice cream? Either you make your ice cream yourself or you buy it from someone. It's a retail. Well, guys, I'm going to actually cover all that in this episode.

Right now, I'm going to show you guys, in the inside, how do I make my ice cream. So for today, I'm going make, uh, our famous cookie butter, right, which is bistop's cookies, right. So I'm gonna show you guys everything. How do I make these delicious flavors? So I got all my ingredients. So I'm gonna bring the camera down so you guys can see. I got my, I got my milk here, I got my coconut milk here and I got all my ingredients. So I'll be able to make these delicious flavors. So I'm going to go ahead and you get this thing going.

Preparing the Cookie Butter Ingredients

The first thing is, let me uh, go ahead and take the camera out, because I'm going to show you guys. First thing is that we, you take, you take the machine and we sanitize it, right. I already did that process for y'all, so I already sanitized the machine. So now what I'm going to do is we'll take the water out of the machine. If I can hold the camera and do the same thing at the same time, I'm going to get the water out of the machine. All right, this is the machine now. It's truly sanitized. We use a sanitizer machine, which is for you know, it's the idea for this kind of stuff. So sanitize that. So that's kind of one of the boring part of it, but anyway, you sanitize the machine. You get all the water out. When that's done, then I'm going to show you guys what's next. So let me go ahead and pause it and then come back. We already got that part done. We get all the water out. As I will say, we use these proper ideas or a machine so we can sanitize the machine. You sanitize the machine Even before you make the eye treat and after you don't make in the ice cream. You're sanitizing machine. So all machines are all well taken care of. It's great. So now Let me go ahead and bring the camera down so you guys can see what I'm about to do.

So I got my. I got my coconut milk here, right, and my coconut meal, and I got vanilla, a little bit of vanilla. I got my cinnamon and I got my biscoff cookie right here, right, so perfect. I want to make a small batch. So the next is I want to use some vanilla. I'm gonna throw some vanilla. What vanilla does is it helps you kind of uplift those flavor, right, it's gonna. It cans those flavor for the ice cream. And I'm gonna use a little bit of cinnamon too, brown cinnamon, and it helps with the flavor too. I just a bit about, you know about right. So I got some cinnamon there and I added it too. All right, and then from there I'm going to we're going to add the biscoff cookie cookie powder. Going to, we're gonna add the biscoff cookie cookie butter. Take this up, make sure we got everything out, and then we are going to just add the cookie butter in it. All right, go ahead and do that. So usually to have a better, uh, a better response, you're supposed to, you're going to warm this up a little bit, but it doesn't matter. We're going to get it all out, all the cookie butter out, and see, delicious cookie butter. You're going to get all this out. And once we done doing that, we're going to put it in the machine and get it going. And get it going. So we're gonna get all this out.

Blending and Testing the Mixture

Yes, sir, you guys always ask me Roger, do you make your own ice cream? Well, yes, guys, I do make my own ice cream. I do have my own recipes. Everything that we do Is in cows. All the ingredients are as high as quality as possible. No, biscoff cookies is vegan, so you don't even have to worry about that. The vegan pork is dairy free. It's delicious also.

So we're going to get all that cookie butter out, all right, so I try to get it all out. Make sure I maximize these, anyway. So, as we get all the cookie butter out, let me use a little bit of these cookies as well, even though I probably just use these at the end just to add it as a topping. But I'm going to get all these cookies out too, and the way I do is I crush them, corner the ninja, right, and I will give it a real spin, make it powder, okay, and then I'll dust that in the box. Yeah, so I will go ahead, and so that makes it there, right, perfect, alright. So once you got that done, next thing is you go ahead and take your blender, your Merce blender, and you blend everything out. You'll miss everything, right, okay, okay.

So at this point, what I do next is I can sample it, make sure it got the perfect combination Oof, that's so good. And if I feel that everything is good, then we can go ahead and mix it and get it ready to go. So what I'm going to do is man, it's amazing, it tastes delicious. I'm going to let me see how many more took, as I has. Yeah, no, that's fine. Yeah, it's perfect. So at at that point, you got my perfect, I got the mix. Everything is ready to go in this it neither.

Machine Processing and Final Product

From this point on, guys, you can use our double into the machine. Don't bring to the machine. That's my actual raw meats of ice cream. And then I'm done with the machine. We got some ice cream, guys. As simple as itself. We got some ice cream there. You go, all right, okay.

Speaker 1

So next is I'm going to take this. Give me about orders that amount, and I'm just gonna put it in the machine. So what we do next is let me see if I can move the camera. You see, we'll take. We'll take this amount. We'll go to the machine, all right. So let's see. What we do is we're going to get the ice cream out. It's about to freeze.
