At the On Team Building podcast you and Dr. Chris Cavert (from OnTeamBuilding.com and FUNdoing.com) will meet and learn from a wide range of team building facilitators all over the world - every team builder has something to share. They will be at all points in their careers - just starting out, been at it for a while and been at it for quite a while. Listen in to valuable information as they share their favorite team building activities and team building books. We'll also find out about their favorite team building props, group processing tools and processing questions. Some will tell us impactful team building stories from their careers and some of their biggest team building challenges and how they manage them. Others will share programming ideas and nuggets of advice they have internalized to help us learn and grow. Kristina is the Instructor for Experiential Based Learning for the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs Colorado. It is the first position of its kind at the Air Force Academy. At 34 years old, Kristina already has 17 years of team building experience under her belt. She tells us about her career journey, the challenges, the successes and the kind of determination that's needed for all of us to get to where we want to go.
