At the On Team Building podcast you and Dr. Chris Cavert (from OnTeamBuilding.com and FUNdoing.com) will meet and learn from a wide range of team building facilitators all over the world - every team builder has something to share. They will be at all points in their careers - just starting out, been at it for a while and been at it for quite a while. Listen in to valuable information as they share their favorite team building activities and team building books. We'll also find out about their favorite team building props, group processing tools and processing questions. Some will tell us impactful team building stories from their careers and some of their biggest team building challenges and how they manage them. Others will share programming ideas and nuggets of advice they have internalized to help us learn and grow. And, of course, there will be the rabbit holes we get to explore with them - each guest has so much to offer it's difficult to stop asking them questions. Join in. Let's learn and grow together.
