Starting a homeschool co-op is easier than you think! In this week's episode, Carrie talks about homeschool co-ops and then explains these seven easy steps to starting one:
- Set a purpose for your group.
- Find like-minded friends to join you.
- Decide on the format and location.
- Figure out the costs.
- Discuss the roles of each mom and the expectations of the group.
- Have a Planning Party to plan the activities.
- Host an Info Night.
Starting a homeschool co-op is about filling a need you have. If you have the desire to create a co-op, there will be people who will want to join you. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, gather some friends to listen with you, and join Carrie for a coffee break brainstorming session.
