Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Carrie is now living, loving, and learning in Southern California with her husband, Mike, my two homeschool graduates, Francesca and Joseph, and her introverted dog, Jesse. After twenty plus years of homeschooling, Carrie appreciates the gift of laughter (and quiet times with her Bible and favorite cup of coffee). Carrie is definitely saved by Jesus but fueled by coffee! Carrie's favorite things to do are  make homemade beignets, experiment in the kitchen, go on nature hikes, play games, read a good book, and help moms homeschool one step at a time, one day at a time, and one cup of coffee at a time.
