Being Mom, Mentor, & Friend: An Interview With Georgina Tanefski

This week, Carrie sits down with Georgina Tanefski for a heart-to-heart talk about being a mom, a mentor, and (eventually) a friend to your children.  It's a raw and real conversation about how to build relationships with your children when they are younger so that hopefully when they are older, they consider you not only mom but mentor and friend.  Georgina, who is a wife, mother of three adult children, and grandma to one beautiful granddaughter, shares insights on how to talk to, walk along side, and interact with your children (from toddlerhood to adulthood) during the good times and in the hard times.  She also shares from experience ways to lean on the Lord, trust in the Lord, and wait on the Lord while in the midst of even broken relationships.  Georgina and Carrie speak from the heart (and share from experiences learned the hard way)  advice and tips on how to build and restore relationships and friendships with your children.  Pour yourself a cup of coffee and join Carrie for this special Thanksgiving coffee break.
