I just finished listening to it. Something my daughter Le’Gaya grew a genuine desire towards is baking. She came across this Lady name Mary Allison on YouTube who bakes and watches her videos. Le’Gaya decided to bake her own cake and attempt to bake frosting independently. Because of the results she grew happy. I signed her up for a monthly baking kit program through “imyourcheftoo” while it’s not foods from different countries it does have a different theme each month equipped with baking molds and tools as well as ingredients to make the items . For the month of October she baked ghostly👻 cake pops . Again independent with minimal instruction scaffolding She’s excited to see what November has in store for her. Because we naturally do everything together I am trying to give her autonomy to help her grow confidence. Thanks for sharing your podcast with me. I found the inspirational talks/blurbs insightful.
