Judaline Cassidy is a union plumber, tradeswoman, activist, motivational speaker, and founder of Tools & Tiaras, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring girls to explore careers in the skilled trades.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in the United States since 1989, Judaline has spent more than two decades breaking barriers in the construction industry while advocating for women and girls. Through Tools & Tiaras, she has helped thousands of girls discover confidence, opportunity, and the power of skilled trades careers.

As the host of Tradeswomen Talk, Judaline brings real conversations, inspiring stories, and practical insights from the people who build our world. Her work has earned national recognition, including being named a CNN Champion for Change and a L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth Honoree.
