Veterans Corner Radio focuses on what those who have served in the military, and their families need to know to maximize the services and benefits due to them. For this podcast we meet the current Veterans of Foreign Wars Commander-in-Chief, retired United States Army combat veteran Carol Whitmore. Her vast experience throughout her 36 years of service with the Army made her the ideal choice to lead the VFW. Commander Whitmore is the first woman to serve as National Commander, and the first Iowan to hold this post.
