As much as we can talk about tracking macros or eating intuitively- sometimes it can still feel too vague and not easy to apply to our own lives. In this episode, I'm walking you through some examples in the past week of my own life and basically doing a "think-aloud" of how I navigated making choices on the fly... choosing to SKIP orange juice in order to enjoy a cinnamon roll, and the fun switches that make eating this way doable for the long term- while still losing fat or maintaining fat loss!
