Katie Scott

Katie Scott, MS, ATC, CAE, holds the distinction of serving as NATA's Director of Membership and the only AT-in-residence. Meaningful member experience is at the core of Katie's work- supporting ATs, strengthening the profession and building connections that matter. Katie's department doesn't just serve members; they serve the entire AT ecosystem. From employers to corporate partners, they're building connections that aim to provide ATs with the ultimate member experience. Under her leadership, the team is actively reimagining what membership looks like; how it puts more money back in members' pockets, gives them more time in their day and protects and advances their right to practice.

Mollie Pillman

Mollie Pillman, MS, MBA, CAE, currently serves as NATA's Executive Director. With more than two decades of leadership in health care associations, Pillman brings a proven track record of driving innovation, elevating member experience and strengthening organizational impact. Her deep expertise in association management, combined with a lifelong commitment to advancing health and wellness, uniquely positions her to lead NATA into its next chapter.


Throughout her career, Pillman has been a respected collaborator known for uniting diverse stakeholders to foster consensus and action. She is passionate about innovation, storytelling and building cultures where professionals are empowered to thrive.


Pillman holds a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, a Master of Science in health systems management from Rush University in Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago.
