SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 202: a mind body approach to self-doubt
Self-doubt can be a real bummer, can't it? It can strap itself into the driver's seat of your life and make it feel really darn hard to move toward the things that matter to you. In this episode of SelfKind with Erica Webb (that's me!) I'm sharing some mind-body and somatic tips for navigating self-doubt.
In this episode you'll hear:
- Why questioning the truth of your thoughts isn't always helpful
- An alternative to truth-testing your thoughts that's based in your values
- How using your body can help to both identify and navigate self-doubt
