SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 120: Do you have the perfect poo? with Ange Sinclair
Do you have the perfect poo?
Yep, we're talking about poo today on The Movement and Mindfulness Podcast!
Why poo? Because, as Ange Sinclair (naturopath and nutritionist) shares with us, our toilet habits can be rather revealing.
In our conversation, Ange invites us to mindfully consider the quality, quantity and frequency of our poo in order to get some insight into our overall wellbeing.
Ange shares with us:
> what the perfect poo looks (and smells!) like
> why restricting foods long-term is rarely 'the way'
> simple ways we can improve our poo
> why mindful eating plays a huge role in our digestive health
Tune in to hear more! Poo is generally shied away from as a topic so ... are you curious?! Let's dive in.
About Ange:
As a Naturopath, Ange helps women purge the pain, beat the bloat and get to the root cause of their digestive issues. By educating and empowering them to become their own Digestive Detective so they can back to the life they love.
