SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 186: My 3 best decisions of 2022
As we approach the end of 2022, I've been in reflection mode. There's been some really hard stuff to navigate this year, but I've also made a few decisions that have felt like BIG votes in the direction of my joy. That's what this episode is all about - sharing three of these decisions and an invitation for you to look back at the little and big decisions you've made this year.
In this episode you'll hear:
- My 3 best decisions of 2022! One of them is quite unexpected ...
- Why the little things matter
- Why questioning 'how things have always been' can be very powerful indeed
- How moving closer to myself and my joy underpinned all of these decisions
I'd love to hear from you so come share with me!
