Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.

OMG, it's episode 200! What a milestone.
I pondered and pondered: what would make for a cracking 200th episode? After much pondering I realised the 'perfect' idea did not exist. But there were lots of good ideas, one of which was my top 20 ideas and tips around self-kindness, love and care.
