One thing I see in so many of us highly sensitive folk is that we're experts at consistently overestimating our capacity. When we overestimate capacity, the outcome is written long before we land there: we fall in a heap; exhausted and burnt out.

Why oh why do we repeat this cycle? Well ... for one, the world kind of demands it. So what do we do if we want OUT of that cycle and to finally honour the truth of our capacity?

Join me for this episode of SelfKind - a podcast for highly sensitive people - where I'm exploring this question (and, no, I don't have all the answers! But I have plenty of questions and food for thought!).
