SelfKind: Conversations in self-care, kindness and compassion for highly sensitive people
Hi and welcome to SelfKind with me, Erica Webb. This is a podcast for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) who want to navigate the tricky bits of their sensitivity with more ease, while finding their sensitivity super powers. Here, we're all about being, living and moving through a lens of self compassion and kindness.
As your host, I meet you as a fellow HSP. I know what it's like to feel like things are too loud, too bright and just ... too much. In my work as a registered counsellor and mindful movement coach, I've supported myself and my clients to find ways to embrace their sensitivity that centre on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, self-awareness and, ultimately, self-love.
From mindfulness, mindful movement, joy seeking and a zillion and one practices in between, here you'll find space to be fully you - fully human - and the tools to navigate the tricky bits of having a highly sensitive nervous system.
I’m thrilled you’re here.

Ep 96: No time for yoga? 3 questions to get you on your mat.
When it comes to fitting in yoga (or any kind of movement or self care practice) it can be one of the last things we try to slot in among everything else. And so ... it’s often the first thing to go when life gets busy.
Buuuut, it’s often these very practices that keep us functioning and feeling better in our own skin.
So finding a way to make them an integrated part of our life is important.
In this episode I talk through three questions that might help you make your way to your yoga mat (or movement modality of choice) more consistently.
Because while forming a habit of moving mindfully regularly isn't always easy, there are certainly ways we can make it EASIER.
