Ep 56: Is all food good food?
Ok ok, lets clear this one up.
This is a topic that has come up several times over the last couple of weeks.
Something I will often tell women is, "Whatever you do with your food is fine." or "Whatever happens with your food is fine".
And what this can get misinterpreted as, "All food is exactly the same and even if all you eat it donuts and ice cream it is fine because whatever you do with your food is fine."
I mean, ya kinda, but also, not really.
In this episode, I break down exactly what I mean by "food has no morality" and why you need to adapt this view of food if you too can't stop eating m&m's or ice cream outta the tub.
