I love lists! Sometimes that monster to-do list gets out of control. But it’s a great way to organize information. My love of lists got me thinking about making a list for you - a list of ways to recharge your brain.

So here it is!

Whenever my energy and motivation starts to dip, one of these 10 things help me recharge.
