132: Boost Your Focus with a Digital Declutter

Dr. Nicole Byers

We can all do with a bit of declutter before the busiest time of year. Clutter around the house drives me bonkers. With clutter, it is hard to concentrate and get anything done.

Digital clutter works the same way, but it’s harder to address the problem because we don’t immediately see it around us. When was the last time you decluttered your phone, your email, or your computer?

Like physical clutter, digital clutter gets worse over time. It builds up. So in this episode, we’ll talk about how digital clutter adds stress and overwhelm without you even noticing. And I’ll share a step by step plan to declutter like a pro.
