When I feel overwhelmed and barely handling it, I tend to take on more work. It doesn’t make sense on the surface. I mean, why would I create more work for myself by adding more things to my list?

In the short term, it actually makes sense. And our brains really like to focus on the short-term. But, what about the long-term?

In this episode, you’ll learn why it's common for us to burn ourselves out by trying to control everything. You’ll also hear about my recent experience with taking on too much and when I discovered that I needed to delegate.
