Does that sound like a weird question? As adults, we are not letting our inner child play enough and we are missing out on its psychological benefits.

Science tells us that most species all play and that our ability to enjoy an activity is actually a survival trait. Once we face and start to heal our own childhood wounds, letting our inner child out to play more as a adult can have profound positive impacts on our wellbeing.
