In this episode I cover the topic of how people often think that they are a huge, disruptive  investment of effort away from serious self-improvement.

That in order to start succeeding towards their health and fitness goals, they must overhaul much of their life. Based on many conversations and seeing genuine results with potential and actual clients, I've found this tends to not be the case.

Rather than being under the impression that you need to be a totally different person in order to make positive changes in your life, try to view the process as making many small, but powerful changes in your approach.

The beauty is less in intensity and more in consistency.
